摘要： The present invention relates to a chemical feeder that includes a support plate that is positioned within the housing chamber of the chemical feeder. The support plate includes a base plate that has one or more extensions that extend upward from an upper surface of the base plate. The extensions can, with some embodiments, be in the form of peg extensions, arcuate extensions that can together define an impeller pattern, or a spiral extension. The support plate also includes a deflection plate that is positioned vertically above at least one support plate aperture that extends through the base plate. The deflection plate also includes at least one deflection plate hole therethrough. A first portion of liquid passing up through the support plate aperture is horizontally deflected by the deflection plate and interacts with the extensions. A second portion of liquid passing up through the support plate aperture passes vertically up through the deflection plate hole(s). The first and second portions of liquid contact a solid chemical material that is supported above the support plate, so as to form a treated liquid that includes dissolved chemical material.

摘要： A system and method for extracting active elemental iodine from the contact of water with stored crystal iodine and for introducing the extracted elemental iodine into a water supply line and/or otherwise making the extracted elemental iodine available for an intended use. The system operates by allowing a portion of the water entering from a water supply line to be redirected to a first housing where it makes contact with stored crystal iodine causing to extract active elemental iodine. The iodinized water leaves the first housing and enters a second housing where it makes contact additional stored crystal iodine to help stabilize the elemental iodine concentration. The system can be designed to provide the elemental iodine in more than one potency concentration through the use of a metering valve and different travel routes for the elemental iodine out of the second housing.

Each of the purge portion, the first supply portion and the second supply portion include a plurality of check valves and flow control valves for controlling the flow of the first fluid, the second fluid, the gas and the cleansing fluid through the manifold assembly. Each of the first supply portion and the second supply portion include an integral flow control device for regulating a fluid flow rate to the dispensing head, and a thermometer for sensing the temperature of the first fluid and the second fluid respectively.

摘要： A product dispenser reconfigurable in the field includes a housing, at least one tower unit, and a removable ambient box. The at least one tower unit includes at least one dispense point, whereby a product or diluent is delivered from a diluent or product source to the dispense point. The ambient box is an insulated product path that is adaptable to at least one external source and the tower units or the dispense points. The external source may be conditioned through external means or may deliver an ambient temperature product, wherein the product circuits passing through the ambient box may deliver product to any tower unit, thereby providing increased product variability within a same product dispenser. The product dispenser still further includes a tower structure that is removable without disabling the product circuits, and a method of merchandising on the tower structure.
