摘要： A brake distributor valve for a Russian railway vehicle includes a body defining a brake pipe passageway configured to be in fluid communication with a brake pipe, a reservoir passageway configured to be in fluid communication with a reservoir, and a reference pressure passageway configured to be in fluid communication with a reference pressure source. The brake distributor valve includes a service accelerated release valve having a valve member with a first position where the brake pipe passageway is isolated from the reservoir passageway and a second position where the brake pipe passageway is in fluid communication with the reservoir passageway. The valve member is configured to supply pressure from the reservoir passageway to the brake pipe passageway during a brake release event, where the valve member is actuated between the first and second positions based on a pressure within the reference pressure passageway.

摘要： A pre-filling device for a braking system. The pre-filling device includes a pre-filling channel, a pre-filling pressure being inside the channel when the braking system is in a rest and hydro-boost position, and a mechanical valve configured to be opened following a transition from the rest and hydro-boost position to a working position of the braking system; and a hydraulic valve cooperating with the mechanical valve setting the pre-filling pressure inside the channel. The hydraulic valve includes in a first area, facing the mechanical valve, a hole communicating with the channel, and in a second area, hydraulically isolated from the first area, a preloaded resilient element in a chamber held at atmospheric pressure. The hydraulic valve is configured to be connected or not to be connected, by a reciprocating movement inside the channel, to a hydro-booster device and to keep a predetermined pre-filling pressure upon varying of the hydro-boost pressure.

摘要： A portable, single-car test unit for a railway freight brake control valve for manually executing pressure manipulations to evaluate the operating conditions of the control valve. The pipe bracket portion is connected to a brake pipe, an auxiliary reservoir, an emergency reservoir, a brake cylinder retaining valve and a brake cylinder each being connected to a respective fluid passageway. The test unit accesses the fluid passageways at access ports, respectively connected to each passageway. Valves are utilized in the test unit to manipulate the pressure in the fluid passageways and pressure gauges measure fluid pressure in the passageways. An operator records each pressure measurement and calculates and stores the differences between selected pairs of the pressure measurements as well as elapsed time data for the measurements.
