摘要： There is a lead casing for pencil for writing, drawing, marking, plotting, and/or coloring, made of a composition having, by weight relative to the total weight of the lead casing for pencil:

a) from 50 to 95% of a mixture of polylactic acid and polybutylene adipate terephthalate in a weight ratio polylactic acid/polybutylene adipate terephthalate ranging from 60/40 to 90/10, and
b) from 5 to 40% of vegetable fillers chosen in the group consisting of wood fibers.

There is also a pencil including the lead casing for the pencil of the disclosure for writing, drawing, marking, plotting, and/or coloring, as well as a method for manufacturing such a pencil.

摘要： Embodiments of the invention are directed to an automated crayon-molding device comprising a crayon-receiving member, an automated heating element, a crayon-melting chamber that is heated to a melting temperature by the automated heating element, and at least one mold. The crayon-receiving member receives the crayon at one end and has a closure mechanism at another held, preventing the crayon from entering in the crayon-melting chamber until it reaches a melting temperature. Once the inside of the crayon-melting chamber, the crayon melts and drips into a mold configured to receive melted wax. Embodiments of the invention also include a method for assembling an automated crayon-molding device and a system for molding crayons that includes a crayon-receiving member, an automated heating element, a crayon-melting chamber, a drawer positioned underneath the crayon-melting chamber, and at least one mold.

摘要： This invention relates to the process for obtaining sheets made from seaweed that, when wrapped around a coal mine, wax mine or ink loads, give rise to the cylindrical and elongated cover of pencil or pen made based on algae, salt, bentonite and water, with a final layer of cotton thread optionally, tinctured with natural plant elements and having seeds at its rear end.The process for the production of films made from algae by heat treatment with the addition of salt and bentonite for making covers of pencil or pen comprises the following steps: i) boiling seaweed containing collagen for gelatinization together with salt and bentonite; ii) poring the gelatinized algae into the bowl and dip a graphite for writing; iii) subjecting to temperature for drying the algae and obtaining sheets; iv) cutting the sheets, according to the size of graphite for writing, leaving a space at the rear end to place the seeds; and iv) wrapping the graphite for writing with pieces of wet sheets to obtain a particular shape.

摘要： In accordance with the present invention a hobbyist-useable apparatus and method for fabricating decoratively shaped writing instruments is disclosed. The apparatus for fabricating decoratively shaped writing instruments having a casing includes a heater unit and a shaper unit. The heater unit includes a heat source, and a heating compartment having an opening for inserting and removing the writing instrument casing. The heat source provides heat to the heating compartment. The shaper unit includes a platform having an elongated slot, an exterior mold assembly attachable to the platform and moveable in the elongated slot; an exterior shaping surface coupled to the exterior mold assembly; and an interior mold insert having an interior shaping surface. The interior mold insert is attachable to the platform such that the movement of the exterior mold assembly in the elongated slot moves the exterior shaping surface towards and away from the interior shaping surface. The writing instrument casing is heated in the heating compartment, then the heated casing is placed on the platform and is compressed between the interior shaping surface and the exterior shaping surface by movement of the exterior mold assembly in the elongated slot.

摘要： A device suitable for use by children which recycles broken crayons and other materials by melting and molding. A stationary melting pot securely retains the charge material during heating. A housing substantially surrounds the melting pot and an associated mold chamber to isolate young operators from all heated surfaces. The melting pot is charged from outside of the housing by use of a filling port. A remotely operated gate controls the flow from the melting pot to a mold. A door provides access to the mold when open and prevents access to the mold chamber when closed. A warning light glows when a heating element for the melting chamber is energized. Various safety switches interrupt power to the heating element if certain conditions are not met.

摘要： An improved writing instrument and method for manufacture thereof wherein a coating of a varnish mixture including a hardening component is applied by spraying or dipping or being force fed through a lacquer pot and squeegee to coat the external housing of the writing instrument to provide it with a compressible polyurethane friction coating thereon which is soft to grasp to greatly facilitate grasping and holding thereof. The compressible friction coating is more compressible than the conventional plastic, wood or composite material normally used for the external housing of a writing instrument such as a pen or pencil and provides a high friction surface to facilitate grasping and aid in accurately writing or drawing as desired. The external housing can include one or two coatings of the compressible polyurethane friction coating such as to provide additional compressibility thereof. The coating forms a non-slip friction surface on the external housing of the writing instrument to provide a soft, luxurious, compressible feel to the writing instrument itself during use thereof.
