摘要： A saw blade includes a body having a thickness, an attachment portion formed on the body, and a plurality of cutting teeth formed on the body. The attachment portion is configured to connect the saw blade to a power tool. Each cutting tooth of the plurality of cutting teeth includes a tip defining a plane that extends along the thickness of the body, a rake face extending from the tip, and a relief face extending from the tip opposite the rake face. A first cutting tooth of the plurality of cutting teeth is set in a first direction relative to the body. A second cutting tooth of the plurality of cutting teeth is set in a second direction opposite the first direction relative to the body. The planes defined by the tips of the first and second cutting teeth are generally parallel.

摘要： A method for manufacturing a continuous drill ring for a core drill bit is disclosed. The method includes forming at least two green compacts in layers in a direction of formation between a bottom side and a top side by successively applying powder layers containing a powder mixture and diamond layers containing diamond particles that are arranged in a set pattern. The green compacts are shaped into ring segments under the effect of pressure. The ring segments are joined in a circular manner and they are sintered under the effect of heat so as to obtain a continuous drill ring.

The front segment has the connection of the tooth from the elongated rib portion and the front segment including a tip which is actively taking fibres in carding. If more than one hunch is present the first hunch is the hunch positioned closest to the tip; if only one hunch is present this hunch is the first hunch. The back segment forms the connection of the top segment towards the elongated rib portion and the front segment of the next tooth.

摘要： A saw blade has a plurality of teeth with each tooth formed by a beveled leading face, a beveled trailing face and a chamfered surface located on the trailing face of each tooth. The trailing and leading faces are beveled in opposite directions in alternate order throughout the saw blade prior to the forming of the chamfered surface. The beveled leading face of each tooth intersects the chamfered surface on the trailing face of each tooth to form a curved cutting edge having a negative rake angle. The beveled faces are manufactured by first forming a plurality of rough-formed gullets. The rough-formed gullets are then finished-formed into beveled gullets by a cold-forming operation prior to the grinding of the chamfered surface to form the curved cutting face of the tooth.

摘要： A hedge trimming tool having a fixed elongated blade mounted to the power head of the tool and a cutting blade mounted over the fixed blade and reciprocating relative to the fixed blade in the direction of the lengthwise axis. A leading side of the fixed blade has projecting fingers or teeth and the overlying portion of the cutting blade has projecting teeth that reciprocate across the openings between the fingers. The reciprocating teeth have sides configured in a complex curve forming an hour glass planar profile and an inverted U-shaped cross section. The U-shaped cross section is provided by curving the sides of the teeth downwardly whereby the teeth sides are angularly projected through the plane defined by the bottom surface of the blade. The cutting edges along the sides are formed by grinding faces through the portions of the teeth projected below the bottom surface of the blade. The faces are formed in a single pass of the grinding implement with the faces parallel to the bottom surface of the blade.
