    • A method and apparatus are disclosed for installing a hanger clip. The apparatus may include a tool head that may be placed on the end of a pole. The tool head may include a channel for receiving the hanger and a passage that intersect with the channel and allows a wire to be threaded through the tool head and hanger. The method may involve positioning the hanger in the tool head such that the hanger is releasably engaged by a catch on the head. The wire is then threaded through the tool head and hanger so that opposing portions of the wire extend from the tool head. The hanger is then mounted to a support and released from the catch. Thereafter, the wire twisted about itself by rotating the tool head while moving the tool head downward to draw out the ends of the wire from the tool head.

    • A coaxial terminal connecting tool includes a second handle portion, a first handle portion, and a transmitting portion. The second handle portion has a receiving slot including a guiding assembly and a terminal receiver. The terminal receiver fixing the terminal element is formed at an end of the receiving slot. The first handle portion is pivoted to an end of the second handle portion. An end of the transmitting portion is pivoted to a first predetermined position formed on the guiding assembly and another end thereof is pivoted to a second predetermined position formed on the first handle portion. A length of the transmitting portion is adjustable. An end of the adjusting unit is arranged to a first predetermined position of the guiding assembly, while another end thereof is pivoted to the transmitting portion. The adjusting unit consists of a first sliding portion, adjusting portion, and a second sliding portion.

    • Disclosed herein is a coil spring knotting machine comprising a frame, a support arm mounted on the frame for movement between a knot-tying position and a retracted position, a camshaft rotatably mounted on the frame about an axis fixed relative to the frame, a rocker-arm moveably mounted on the frame and operably connected to the camshaft and to the support arm for displacing the support arm between the knot-tying and retracted positions in response to rotation of the camshaft, a first servo motor rotatably drivingly connected to the camshaft to selectively effect rotation thereof, a knot-tying member rotatably mounted on the support arm, a second shaft rotatably mounted on the frame about a second axis fixed relative to the frame, a coupling drivingly connected to the second shaft and to the knot-tying member for rotating the knot-tying member in response to rotation of the second shaft, notwithstanding movement of the support arm between the knot-tying and retracted positions, a second servo motor drivingly connected to the second shaft to effect rotation thereof, and an electronic control unit connected to the first and second servo motors to cyclically rotate the camshaft so as to displace the support arm between the knot-tying and retracted positions and to cyclically rotate the second shaft so as to rotate the knot-tying member when the support arm is in the knot-tying position.

    • The invention relates to an apparatus for producing reinforcements, intended for construction purposes, of reinforced concrete plates for prefabricated ceilings, without manual aid. The apparatus comprises a straightening and cutting device 1 for the transverse rods 22 of the reinforcement having a transverse rod outlet path 4, a displacement apparatus 46 and a transverse rod magazine 7; a straightening, cutting and bending device 2 for the longitudinal rods 23 having a longitudinal rod outlet path 5; and a combination device 3 for producing the lattice girders 24, having a lattice girder outlet path 6 and a lattice girder magazine 8. With the aid of the transverse rod magazine 7 and two insertion robots 9 and 10 that are displaceable on rails 67, the reinforcement can be inserted and positioned under electronic control into the form 18 that is arranged on a pallet 15 and is moved through the apparatus on a travel path 13. A slip-on device 29 serving to slip spacers 30 onto the transverse rods 22 is disposed between the straightening and cutting device 1 and the transverse rod outlet path 4. The entire reinforcement is made from round wires and bands of structural steel wound into rings.
