    • A multi-forming device is disclosed. A multi-forming device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may include: a lower mold die; a lower mold that is disposed at a center upper surface of the lower mold die, in which a gas passage is formed in an up-and-down direction to receive a shaping gas from an outside gas supplier device, in which a lower mold surface is formed at an upper surface thereof, and in which a plurality of heating cartridges are disposed therein along the lower surface thereof; an upper mold that is disposed on an upper side slider to be moved in an up-and-down direction corresponding to the lower mold, in which an upper mold surface is formed at a lower surface corresponding to the lower mold, in which an upper mold face is formed at a circumference of the upper mold surface, and in which a plurality of heating cartridges are disposed along the upper mold surface; a blank holder through which the lower mold is inserted and that is disposed to move in an up-and-down direction through a cushion spring on the lower mold die, and in which a holder face is formed to grasp a material together with the upper mold face at an early stage of a forming process; an inner gas pipe that is disposed in a gas passage of the lower mold; and a switch valve that switches supply passages of the shaping gas that is supplied to the inner gas pipe and the gas passage.

    • A sheet molding device contains: a base, a mold, and at least one spray nozzle. The base includes a forming zone and a removing zone. The mold includes a molding part, an insolation washer, and a sealing part. The molding part has a peripheral rib, a die cavity, and a first heater. The insolation washer has a melting point higher a sheet, and the insolation washer is connected with a top surface of the peripheral rib and its top surface is higher than the peripheral rib. The sealing part has an outlet connecting with a high-pressure gas supply unit via an air pipe and has a second heater. The molding part and the sealing part are connected together in the forming zone, and after blow molding the sheet, the sealing part is moved toward the removing zone. Furthermore, the at least one spray nozzle is arranged in the removing zone.

    • A hydroforming method for metal produces hardware having a throat in only one side and having approximately right-angled corners without causing thinning and breakage. The method includes using a working fluid to exert a liquid pressure on a metal embryo and cooperating with a push rod of a hydroforming mold to supply material from the lower edge, forcing the side sheet metals to bulge. Furthermore, by using the hydroforming mold to provide a downwardly pressing active force on the metal embryo, under feeding of the downwardly pressing active force cooperating with continuous liquid pressure, the metal embryo deforms and bulges such that each corner of the metal embryo and the wall corners of the die cavity of the hydroforming mold have approximately the same angles. Hardware, every angle of which approximates a right angle, can be obtained after removing the hydroforming mold. This method can also be used to obtain a metal box.
