摘要： The present invention relates to a method and a device for manufacturing plate part blanks for a heat exchanger. A sheet material (2) in the form of continuous sheeting is worked between two rolls (5, 6) with opposite surface patterns (7, 7′, 8) to form profiled plate part blanks (3, 3′,3″) into the sheet material (2) so that the rolls (5, 6) are synchronized to rotate at substantially same rate by controlling the rotation of them in relation to each other with common synchronization gear (9), which gear is coupled to the rolls (5, 6) by means of shafts (10, 11) with disk pack or gear couplings.

摘要： Tools for punching machines for reshaping at least one portion of a plate-shaped workpiece are described. The tools have a first tool portion that includes a first device configured to be held in a first tool holder of the punching machine and a bending stamp having a bending edge and a second tool portion including a second device configured to be held in a second tool holder of the punching machine and a bending roller configured to cooperate with the bending stamp to reshape the plate-shaped workpiece. The bending roller is rotatable around a rotation axis running parallel to the bending edge. The bending roller includes a sector-shaped notch formed along the rotation axis and formed, at least in part, by first and second bending shank edges. The bending roller includes a plurality of second bending segments positioned on the rotation axis to rotate about the rotation axis.

摘要： A die assembly includes a forming portion to form a negative angle portion when an upper die is lowered in a straight line to abut a lower die. A cylindrical rotating cam with a groove formed therein in the axial direction is rotatably mounted in the lower die. A negative angle forming portion is formed in the groove edge portion of the rotating cam. A slide cam with a negative angle forming portion is mounted on the upper die in such a manner to be opposed to the rotating cam to enable the removal of the workpiece from the lower die after the forming process is completed. The rotating cam includes a plurality of cylindrical portions of varying diameters whereby an excessively bent negative angle forming portion may be formed by a single rotating cam.

摘要： A transfer mechanism and a circular transfer press combination has plurality of tools for performing operation on components. The tools are arranged in a tool circle. The transfer mechanism has a device for transferring components between stations arranged at equal angles on a first circular path with at least one carried member. A plurality of pocket members is arranged at equal angles on a second circular path is carrier by the carrier member. Each pocket member receives a component and for transporting the component between two of the stations. A drive arrangement is connected to the carrier member for moving the carrier member in a such manner that a center of each pocket member moves along a curved path and passes consecutively through two work stations. The drive arrangement is arranged for conveying to the carrier member a uniform unidirectional rotary motion. A tool actuating device is provided for operating the tools consecutively one after the other.

摘要： A rotary stamper includes an upper die plate assembly, a lower die plate assembly, and a support frame having a drive assembly that moves the upper die plate horizontally and vertically along a generally circular pathway while moving the lower die plate along a linear horizontal pathway. The upper die plate is vertically slidably connected to the lower die plate by way of one or more vertical rods that extend from the lower die plate assembly up through the upper die plate. In operation, the lower die plate matches the horizontal movements of the upper die plate as the latter is moved along its circular pathway. Concurrently, the upper die plate moves towards and away from the lower die plate. This maintains a substantially constant alignment between the die plates for carrying out a periodic machining operation on a moving web of material passing there between.
