摘要： Pilger rolling mill for working a hollow into a tube has a first roll stand mounted linearly moveable in a direction of motion. Translational motion of the roll stand causes rotational motion of the drive gear due to the cogging of the drive gear with the gear rack and, hence, also rotational motion of the roller arranged on the shaft of the drive gear and rotational motion of the other one of the two rollers in the opposite direction. Roll stand is connected with a crank drive and rotational motion of a motor drive is transformed into an oscillating translational motion of the roll stand by a connecting rod. Gear rack holder allows adjustment of the pilger rolling mill with respect to tube diameters of finished rolled tubes by arranging the first roll stand exchangeable by a second roll stand with a second dimension being different from the first dimension.

摘要： The invention relates to a rolling stand for the rolling of metallic rolling stock. The rolling is achieved with the aid of a roll of which the two roll journals (112) are rotatably mounted in recesses (122) of chocks (120). The recesses are supplied with coolant and/or lubricant via a high-pressure inlet (124) and at least one low-pressure inlet (126). The high-pressure inlet is fed via high-pressure conduits (132) from a high-pressure pump (130). To reduce the costs for driving the high-pressure pump in relation to the prior art, the invention provides that the high-pressure pump is rotationally coupled to the roll journal via a gear mechanism in order to be driven thereby.

摘要： A roll arrangement for rolling rolling material in a rolling system. The roll arrangement includes a roll that is rotatably mounted by its roll journal in a bearing bush of a chock. A ring gap for receiving a lubricant is formed between the bearing bush and the roll journal. The ring gap is sealed both on the ball side of the chock and on the side of the chock away from the balls, using sealing rings. In order to increase the load capacity or the rolling force of a roll arrangement while maintaining or reducing the construction size thereof and without the roll arrangement overheating, discharge channels are provided in a through-flow angular range of the bearing bush for discharging the lubricant out of the ring gap into an oil-receiving chamber.

摘要： The invention relates to a device and a method for mounting a bearing 200 on a roll neck and for removing the bearing from the roll neck of a roll. Known devices of this type have a first and a second piston/cylinder unit. They also have a stop ring 130, fixed in the axial direction A at the end of the roll neck 320 remote from the body, which actsas a stop for the inner piston 110 of the first piston/cylinder unit. In addition, the known devices have a nut 150 which can be screwed onto an external thread of the inner piston to secure the bearing 200 in the axial direction, in particular during a rolling operation. As an alternative to the known prior art, the present invention provides that an annular cylinder 120 serves both as a cylinder for the first piston/cylinder unit and as a cylinder for the second piston/cylinder unit. For its function as a cylinder for the second piston/cylinder unit, said annular cylinder is covered to a certain ex ent on its side remote from the body by an annular cylinder cover 122. The cylinder cover 122 serves, together with an outer flange 142 of an outer piston 140, to axially delimit a removal pressure chamber 2 of the second piston/cylinder unit.

Known rolling stands of this type typically have two back-up rolls (110) which are rotatably mounted by way of their roll journals in chocks which function as oil film bearings. The oil film bearings are supplied with coolant and/or lubricant by means of a low-pressure circuit which has at least one low-pressure pump (130) for conveying the coolant and/or lubricant. To reduce the costs for driving the low-pressure pump (130), there is provided according to the invention a gear mechanism which is arranged on the roll face-remote side of at least one of the chocks in order to rotationally couple the at least one low-pressure pump (130) to the back-up roll journal (120) which is rotatably mounted in the chock.
