An operation assistance system for a grain processing facility includes: a database configured to store, in a correlated manner, a first characteristic of a first grain delivered to a model facility, a first operational parameter of the model facility used in processing the first grain in the model facility, and an index value actually measured with respect to taste of the first grain after being processed in the model facility; a reception portion configured to receive a second characteristic of a second grain delivered to a satellite facility; a calculation portion configured to calculate, based on the received second characteristic and information accumulated in the database, a second operational parameter to be used in processing the second grain in the satellite facility; and a providing portion configured to provide the calculated second operational parameter to the satellite facility via a network.

摘要： A method and system for removing foreign grains from oat grains to establish gluten-free oats, i.e., oat grains having gluten levels below 20 ppm and, more preferably, below 10 ppm, relies upon performing various mechanical differentiation operations on a combination of grains, including oats and foreign, or gluten containing, grains. The mechanical differentiation operations can be arranged in series or in a combination of series and parallel operations. The various operations preferably include width grading and multiple length grading steps, as well as an aspirating steps, as well as a potential debearding step. The resulting oats can be used to make a wide range of gluten-free oat food products, including cereal and granola products.

The debranning stage includes first stirred debranning, dampening and second stirred debranning in sequence. The dampening stage uses a dampener (9) to add water of 0.5-5% of the corn weight to the corn, the water temperature is 10-60° C., and the stirred debranning stage is performed within 10 minutes after dampening The height of the corn is controlled within 0.5-3 m during the stirred debranning stage. Stirrers (8, 1, 12, 15) are employed, and the linear velocity of the stirring rod is controlled within 1-6 m/S. 摘要： A seashell collecting and crushing apparatus includes a collection device having a hollow body and an inlet for introducing seashells into the hollow body. A fan assembly is operable to provide a suction airstream for drawing seashells into the hollow body. A crusher is positioned to receive seashells from an outlet of the collection device and pulverize the seashells received from the collection device into a fine particulate matter releasable through an outlet of the crusher. The fan assembly and the crusher are driven by a common driving arrangement. A method includes using the apparatus for removing seashells from the beach using the suction airstream to introduce seashells through the inlet into the hollow body, separating the seashells entering the hollow body from the suction airstream, pulverizing the seashells into a fine particulate matter using the crusher and exhausting the fine particulate matter through the outlet of the crusher.
