摘要： A nozzle for atomizing and dispersing a discharge flow of a fluid, and a spacing plate for use in the nozzle is disclosed. The nozzle includes a bonnet, including an inlet port for receiving the fluid in the nozzle, and a first surface extending outward from the inlet port. The nozzle includes at least one deflector base, including a second surface arranged opposite to the first surface. At least one spacing plate is arranged between the first surface of the bonnet and the second surface of the deflector base. The spacing plate includes at least one gap extending through the spacing plate in its perpendicular direction (P) and extending from the outer periphery of the spacing plate to a distance (D) towards the inner section of the spacing plate. A discharge port is fluidly connected to the inlet port allowing the fluid to flow from the inlet port to surroundings of the nozzle. The discharge port is created between the first and the second surface and defined by the at least one gap of the spacing plate.

摘要： A fire extinguishing system for an energy storage device having a battery rack for a battery module, the fire extinguishing system including a sensing unit configured to detect when a value of one or more of a temperature of the battery module, a voltage of the battery module, or smoke from the battery module is higher than a preset threshold value; and a fire extinguishing unit configured to provide a fire extinguishing agent to the battery module when the sensing unit detects that the value is higher than the preset threshold value, the fire extinguishing unit including a heat-sensitive member. The heat-sensitive member is positioned at a battery cell vent hole for a battery cell in the battery module. The heat-sensitive member is configured to allow the fire extinguishing agent into the vent hole by being melted when a temperature of the heat-sensitive member is higher than a predetermined temperature.

摘要： A fire protection sprinkler system and method includes a sprinkler which, in use, is operatively connected to a supply pipe. The sprinkler includes a nipple. A frame extends from the nipple. A duct passes through the nipple and frame creating a flow path for a water jet exiting the supply pipe. A deflector is mounted to the frame at a location spaced from the nipple. A splitter is disposed in the water flow path between the supply pipe and the deflector. The splitter separates the water jet into two distinct sub-jets before the water contacts the deflector. The splitter directs the two separate water streams onto the deflector so that less pressure is required resulting in more economical system smaller pipe size, less labor, etc.

A fire alarm module discovers a fire and transmits fire information, a fire source positioning module positions a fire source according to the collected picture information and smoke information of the fire, an indoor pedestrian positioning module positions pedestrians in a subway station; a relay control module is connected with the fire alarm module, the fire source positioning module and the indoor pedestrian positioning module, and the relay control module combines fire information, fire source positioning information and pedestrian positioning information; and a master control module is connected with the relay control module, and the master control module plans a dynamic escape route for each pedestrian according to the combined information, pedestrian information collected by a subway APP and pedestrian information collected by a map management system, and generates an escape route guide map.

摘要： A thermal trigger assembly for remote mechanical actuation of another fire protection system component includes an activation component having a base and a movable member. A bias member biases the movable member from a preactivation to an activated position with respect to the base. A thermally responsive element retains the movable member in the preactivation position until a predetermined thermodynamic condition is reached, when the thermally responsive element loses structural integrity. A flexible connector includes a flexible hollow outer cable housing with one end configured to be stationarily (preferably fixedly) connected with the base. A flexible cable is inside the outer cable housing for sliding movement therein and has one end configured to be stationarily (preferably fixedly) connected with the movable member. The flexible cable is moved with respect to the outer cable housing by movement of the movable member upon loss of structural integrity by the thermally responsive element.
