摘要： A dispensing vial includes three component parts, a container for an oral care formulation, an applicator tip, and a cap removably overlying the tip. The cap includes a 4-way locking system. The applicator tip has concentric rows of upwardly extending projections with the outer peripheral row of projections or nibs being longer and higher than the inner peripheral row. The projections facilitate maximum flexibility when used in the oral cavity. Preferably, the applicator projections are made of polyethylene or polypropylene with a Shore A hardness in the range of 35-75. Preferably, the oral care formulation is maintained at a viscosity in the range of 14000-21000 CP. This combination facilitates the formulation easily dispensing from the container, spreading over the applicator projections, and being applied within the oral cavity of the user.

摘要： A portable double-brush shoe polishing device includes a polish body, and an assembly comprising a press button and a polishing storage tube. The polish body is designed to facilitate holding by the human hand, and it comprises an annular outer brush at a bottom side thereof. The press button is held in the polish body in a resilient condition. The press button has a positioning rib and a curved flange formed thereon to achieve positioning. An inner brush is disposed beneath the press button and the polish oil storage tube. In use, the outer brush is used to preliminarily clean and wipe the shoe surface, and the press button is pressed to allow penetration of a suitable amount of polish oil into the inner brush which may then polish the shoe surface with an even distribution of the polish oil. If another amount of polish oil is required, a little pressure is applied to the inner brush so that it retracts inwardly slightly, causing the valve cover to open to allow polish oil in the press button to penetrate the inner brush again. Thus, the user may easily control the flow of polish oil in polishing shoes. Besides, the outer brush may be covered by a protective cover after use.

摘要： A pair of coplanarly disposed support sheets, suitably having co-extensive areas, have multiple ply solvent-resistent, thin, flexible sheets disposed in a coplanar stack adjacent to one planar face of the pair of coplanar support sheets. The pair of support sheets and the multiple ply applicator composition sheets are preferably co-extensive in area and are secured contiguously together by a central securing means. A multiplicity of incised slit apertures extend from the exterior perimeter of the toilet applicator inward to the perimeter of a central applicator support area, the slit apertures extending completely through the pair of coplanar support sheets and the multiple ply solventresistent applicator sheets. Multiple toilet applicator leaves are disposed between the multiple slit apertures. Multiple handle flaps are formed by the first impermeable applicator sheet, which can be folded to form a finger tip grip oppositely disposed to the multiple ply of solvent-resistent flexible sheets. The toilet applicator can be impregnated with solid or liquid chemical compositions suitable for a single use application. The applicator can be used also to apply chemical compositions such as beauty toilet preparations, shoe polish, and other paste and liquid compositions from a commercial storage container.

摘要： A method of forming a fluid applicator comprising a retainer ring having a projecting portion provided with an opening therein and having a tapered flange surrounding the opening. Integral with the retainer ring is a valve assembly including a valve head and helical springs. The applicator is made through the steps of a one-piece molding after which the valve head is shaped and finished simultaneously with the swaging of a tapered flange to form a valve seat.
