摘要： Garment rack and garment transport system. A collapsible and mobile garment rack is disclosed that can be easily and efficiently erected and collapsed by a single user. The erected garment rack can be used to hang garments across a hanger pole and display shoes on an elevated shoe rack. The garment rack is self containing and collapses easily and efficiently into a tray and cover board. The garment rack is easily maneuvered while erected or collapsed on a set of casters located at the bottom of the garment rack. Additionally, the garment rack can be used as part of a clothing transport system which comprises a clothing transport bag that attaches to the top of the cover board while the garment rack is collapsed. This way, the garments and garment rack can be transported as one unit.

摘要： The subject invention comprises a collapsible display fixture that includes a base, two vertical support posts that can accept vertical display panels, a horizontal crossbar and hinge that connects each vertical support post to the base. The hinge may be one of two forms, either a hinge with an axis of rotation at an angle of 2-6 degrees, or preferably 3 degrees, or a hinge with a rotatable base that allows the hinge to be rotated 2-6 degrees, or preferably 3 degrees. These hinges allow the vertical support posts to be folded down without intersecting or contacting one another. The vertical display panels integrate an internal pin system, whether the panel is solid or a combination of two laminated layers, such that the pins are accessible from the outside to accept hangers, pins, pegs, hooks or other display accessories.

摘要： The present invention relates to a trousers rack which uses the differences in the thickness of a thick upper portion and a thin lower portion above and beneath the waist seam line of trousers. The trousers rack of the present invention can be used in the following manner: a user holds the waist pair of the trousers with two hands, inserts the lower portion beneath the waist seam line into the gap between protruding support bars of hanging means, and releases the two hands from the trousers, such that the upper portion which is thicker than the lower portion beneath the waist seam line of trousers naturally gets caught between the support bars and the trousers can be hung on the trousers rack. The number of hanging means can vary as need, so as to increase or decrease a trousers storage space. Further, the width of the gap between the support bars can be adjusted in accordance with the thickness of trousers, thereby improving user convenience. The trousers rack of the present invention enables a user to hold the upper portion from the waist seam line of the trouser with two hands and insert the upper portion into the gap between the support bars protruding forwardly from the body of hanging means coupled to a guide bar fixed on the wall or a hanger bas, thereby enabling the trousers to be hung and stored in a remarkably easy manner. Further, the trousers rack of the present invention enables trousers to be inserted and stored in a spread state instead of being folded, so as to prevent the trousers from becoming winkled. The trousers insertion area of the gap between the support bars is wider so as to enable the significantly east entry and exit of trousers.

At the distal most end of the wearing apparel rack may be provided a member for receiving indicia or other types of information relative to the garment displayed on the rack, such as pricing and the like. Extending from the wearing apparel display rack is a headwear display device operative to display a specific item of headwear, which can include hats, knit caps and protective headwear, such as motorcycle helmets. The headwear display device preferably displays the headwear in close proximity to the wearing apparel displayed by the wearing apparel display rack so as to give the consumer a visual impression of how the items would appear if worn in combination.

摘要： The specification discloses a method and system for color coding the sizes of garments to be displayed and sold in a retail clothing or department store which has a plurality of clothing lines for a plurality of consumer groups, wherein each consumer group includes individual consumers of similar physiology. The system and method provide a uniform color sizing code to assist individual consumers in locating items of clothing in different lines of clothing appropriate to their personal physiology. The individual items of clothing to be offered for sale are first classified into a plurality of clothing lines, and each of the clothing lines is segregated into a plurality of graded sizes. Some of the common size designations such as S(small), M(medium), L(large) or XL(extra-large) appear in all of said lines, although they may represent different sized clothing in the different lines. Large scale consumer demographics are then used to identify graded sizes in different clothing lines that would be selected by a consumer selecting clothing appropriate for their personal physiology, and a common color code is assigned to each graded size designation to form a matched set of graded sizes common to a specific consumer physiology. Thus, when the individual items of clothing in the various lines are displayed on hangers in different areas of the store, they have a color code that is specific to the specific consumer physiology. This color code may be displayed by a color coded size cap mounted on the hanger which displays the article of clothing, wherein the color of said size cap conforms to the assigned common color code, so that a consumer may move from one area within the store that displays one line of clothing to another area within the store displaying other lines of clothing and find articles of clothing appropriate to their personal physiology identified by the same common color code throughout the store.

摘要： An apparatus for organizing articles of clothing is disclosed. The apparatus includes a housing having first and second drums rotatably mounted thereto. A belt is engaged around the first and second drums that has a plurality of first hook members for hanging articles thereon. A drive system is used for rotating one of the first and second drums, and an automatic control system activates the drive system for a period of time approximately equal to a motor delay time period. In another embodiment, the apparatus includes an electric motor and a pulley and gear system for rotating one of the first and second drums. An electric switch is mounted to the housing and coupled to the electric motor. In another embodiment, the apparatus includes a light bulb mounted to the housing for illuminating articles hanging on the first hook members and an automatic lighting means for providing electricity to the light bulb for approximately a lamp delay time period. In another embodiment, the apparatus includes a clamp for clamping the housing to a closet rod. The clamp has a bolt that has its longitudinal axis positioned substantially parallel to the axes of the drums so that the bolt is capable of penetrating into a cylindrical cavity in the housing. The bolt is countersunk into the housing between the first drum, the second drum, and the belt.
