摘要： The invention concerns an apparatus (10) for roasting coffee beans comprising:—a housing (4),—a roasting chamber (1) presenting a bottom opening (11),—an air driver (2) configured to drive air inside the roasting chamber through the bottom opening of said chamber,—an electrical heater (3) positioned below the bottom opening of the roasting chamber, said electrical heater being configured to heat air driven inside the roasting chamber,—the air driver and the electrical heater being positioned inside the housing (4) and the housing comprising a hot air outlet hole (41) designed to enable the passage of hot air from the housing inside the bottom opening (11) of the roasting chamber, and the electrical heater (3) being positioned just below the hot air outlet hole (41),—the roasting chamber (1) being removably mounted to the housing (4), the bottom opening (11) of the roasting chamber cooperating with the hot air outlet hole (41) of the housing when the roasting chamber is mounted to the housing, wherein the apparatus comprises a movable closure device (5) configured:—to cover the hot air outlet hole (41) while the roasting chamber is being removed from the housing, and - to uncover the hot air outlet hole (41) while the roasting chamber is being mounted to the housing.

摘要： The invention concerns a method to check a roasting system (10), said system comprising: —a roasting apparatus (2), said apparatus producing smoke, and —a smoke treating unit (3) configured to treat the flow of smoke produced by the roasting apparatus and comprising: at least one smoke filtering device (221, 222, 223), a dismountable smoke collecting device (21) at least one temperature sensor (24) configured to measure the temperature T of the flow of smoke inside the smoke treating unit (3), a smoke driver (23) configured to drive smoke from the roasting apparatus (2) through said smoke treating unit, wherein the method comprises the steps of: —operating the roasting apparatus in order to produce hot gas, —monitoring the temperature of the smoke, and —observing at least one behaviour of the monitored temperature along time, —comparing said at least one observed behaviour of the monitored temperature with a predetermined behaviour of temperature corresponding to the presence of the dismountable smoke collecting device (21) inside the smoke treating unit, —if the at least one observed behaviour diverges from the corresponding predetermined behaviour, then displaying an alarm.

摘要： The invention concerns a method to roast coffee beans in a roasting system (10), said system comprising: —a roasting apparatus (2), and —a smoke treating unit (3) configured to treat the smoke produced by the roasting apparatus, said smoke treating unit comprising at least an electrostatic precipitator (222), wherein, during each roasting operation implemented in the roasting apparatus, the method comprises the steps of: —monitoring the voltage at the ionization wires and/or to the voltage at the electrodes along the time of the roasting operation, —comparing the monitored voltage to a pre-determined upper voltage threshold V1 and to one pre-determined lower voltage threshold V2, and —if, during a period of time Δt of the roasting operation, the monitored voltage is inferior to said pre-determined upper voltage threshold V1 while being superior to said pre-determined lower voltage threshold V2, then displaying a cleaning status requirement.

摘要： Disclosed is a coffee bean roaster. The coffee bean roaster includes a roasting unit, a sensor arrangement, and a control unit. The roasting unit has a drum with a transparent and removable front wall. The roasting unit further has a hot air supply and a rear wall heater to heat a rear wall of the drum. The sensor arrangement includes a roasting bean temperature sensor. The control unit is configured to receive a control input signal as a function of time, wherein the control input signal includes the roasting bean temperature signal and the roasting bean color signal, and is further configured to automatically generate a control output signal as a function of time in dependence of the control input signal thereby controlling operation of the drum heater and the drum rotor drive to roast the coffee beans inside the drum according to a pre-determined selected roasting profile, wherein the selected roasting profile includes a desired roasting bean temperature as a function of time, a target roasting bean temperature and a target roasting bean color, wherein the control unit is configured to determine if an end-of-roasting-condition is met, wherein the end-of roasting condition includes the coffee beans inside the drum having the target roasting bean temperature.

The roasting apparatus for heating an object includes a roasting chamber part which includes a cylindrical roasting chamber, in which an object is stirred and which extends in a vertical direction, and a rotary stirring part rotated to stir the object accommodated in the roasting chamber, wherein the rotary stirring part is rotated about a stirring axis formed in the vertical direction; a casing unit configured to surround the roasting chamber part; a heat source part including a first heat source part configured to provide radiant heat to the roasting chamber part; and a radiant temperature measurement unit configured to measure a temperature of the roasting chamber or the object and a chamber outer space temperature of a chamber outer space between the casing unit and the roasting chamber part on the basis of infrared rays emitted from an inner surface of the roasting chamber part or a surface of the object, which is heated by the heat source part, wherein a preheating operation is performed until the chamber inner temperature of the roasting chamber and the chamber outer space temperature reach a preset reference chamber inner temperature and a preset reference chamber outer space temperature.
