摘要： The present disclosure provides a low band dipole and a multi-band multi-port antenna arrangement, wherein the low band dipole has four dipole arms, and the four dipole arms are horizontally and mutually perpendicularly placed in a “+” shape and adjacent two mutually perpendicular dipole arms are fed therebetween. The antenna arrangement includes a main reflector, at least one column of low band dipole array disposed on the main reflector, and at least one column of high band dipole array adjacent to the at least one column of the low band dipole array, wherein at least one low band dipole in each column of the at least one column of low band dipole array satisfies the following condition: the low band dipole has four dipole arms, and the four dipole arms are horizontally and mutually perpendicularly placed in a “+” shape, and adjacent two mutually perpendicular dipole arms are fed therebetween to form a +/−45 degree polarization. The multi-band multi-port antenna arrangement solves the problem that the high and low band dipole arms shield each other and reduces the mutual coupling between the high and low band dipoles by adopting the above-mentioned structure of the low band dipole.

The second radiator is made of a metal plate and surrounds an outer side of the first radiator, wherein the first radiator and the second radiator are spaced by an interval. The connecting element is electrically connected to the first radiator and the second radiator. The second ground element is electrically connected to the second radiator. In this way, the multiband antenna is suitable for transmitting signals in multiple frequency bands.

A horizontal omnidirectional antenna has two dipoles with each dipole being in a V-configuration such that the arms of the dipole define an angle. The two dipoles are arranged so that the angles defined by each of the dipoles face and open toward each other. The horizontal omnidirectional antenna can be configured to operate with specific frequency bands. By nesting two instances of this antenna, with one configured for high band frequencies and one configured for low band frequencies, a dualband omnidirectional antenna can be obtained. The resulting antenna is physically compact and can be used in small MIMO systems along with vertical omnidirectional antennas.
