摘要： Seawater fluidized ice manufacturing equipment is disclosed, comprising a compressor; a condenser, connected with the compressor, the condenser being internally provided with a condensing agent; a heat exchanger, connected with the condenser, the heat exchanger being provided with a hydrophobic material coating; and an ultrasonic generator, connected with the heat exchanger. A seawater fluidized ice manufacturing method is also disclosed, comprising the following steps: compressing low-temperature and low-pressure condensing agent vapor in an ice making barrel into high-temperature and high-pressure condensing agent vapor by the compressor; driving the seawater to enter the ice making barrel and the liquefied condensing agent into a cooling pipe, condensing the seawater into fluidized ice, wherein when the seawater is condensed in the ice making barrel, the ultrasonic generator generates ultrasonic waves to drive the seawater to crystallize into fluidized ice.

摘要： Provided is a means for more efficiently generating ice which has a high cooling capacity. A flake ice production device generates ice by cooling the wall surface of an inner cylinder and freezing brine that has adhered to the wall surface of the cooled inner cylinder. A spraying unit supplies brine to the wall surface of the inner cylinder by causing the brine to adhere thereto. A stripping unit collects the ice generated on the wall surface of the inner cylinder. In addition, the flake ice production device is designed such that formula (1) is satisfied when Y represents an ice making speed indicating the amount of ice generated on the wall surface of the inner cylinder per unit time, and x1 represents the thermal conductance rate of the wall surface of the inner cylinder. Also provided are: ice in a non-separating state; and a production method therefor and ice which satisfies conditions (a) and (b) and is from a liquid that includes an aqueous solution comprising a solute. (a) The temperature of the ice after melting completely is less than 0° C. (b) The rate of change of the solute concentration in the aqueous solution generated from the ice in the melting process is 30% or lower. The refrigerant includes the ice. The refrigerant also includes water which comprises the same solute as the solute included in the ice, wherein the ratio of the concentration of the solute in the ice and the concentration of the solute in the water is preferably 75:25 to 20:80.

Also provided are a moving body and an ice slurry supply system. In the cold storage unit, a casing that defines a cold storage space has a heat insulating structure, a partition wall that faces the casing is provided at least at a top portion of the cold storage space, and a gap between the casing and the partition wall is filled with an ice slurry that is a mixture of brine and flake ice acquired by freezing the brine. In addition, it is possible to provide a supply port for supplying the ice slurry into the gap and a discharge port for discharging the ice slurry from the gap.

摘要： Systems and devices are provided for generating gel-ice. For example, a gel-ice generator is provided including a rotor apparatus to assist in moving flowable material through a gel-ice formation chamber. The rotor apparatus may include a rotor shaft positioned in the gel-ice formation chamber which is configured to rotate about a longitudinal axis during operation and to maintain flowable material within an annular column around the rotor shaft as the flowable material moves from an inlet end of the gel-ice formation chamber toward an outlet end of the gel-ice formation chamber. The gel-ice formation chamber may be surrounded by a coolant passage that spirals circumferentially along an exterior of the chamber. The rotor apparatus may further include a plurality of scraper elements supported on the rotor shaft to rotate in unison therewith to assist in the production of gel-ice as the rotor shaft rotates during operation by, among other things, scraping ice particles of a wall of a surrounding enclosure. The resultant gel-ice has a variety of uses, including for food processing and preservation.

A food freezing device 400 of the present invention includes: a freezing tank 410 that stores an ice slurry S in a state of being maintained at equal to or less than −10° C.; a hanger 431 that holds an α-starch-containing frozen food F in the ice slurry S stored in the freezing tank 410; an ice slurry supply means (420, 450, 456, and 300) for supplying the ice slurry into the freezing tank 410; and a flow means (130) for causing the ice slurry to flow such that the ice slurry S collides with the frozen food F at equal to or greater than a predetermined relative speed. The frozen food F is a cooked rice food such as nigiri sushi or noodles such as udon noodles that contain a large amount of α-starch.

The icemaker includes a cooling chamber and a scraping mechanism. The scraping mechanism scrapes ice generated on an inner surface of the cooling chamber. The cooling mechanism cools the solution in the cooling chamber. The first detector detects whether the inflow port of the cooling chamber has an ice nucleus. The adjuster adjusts a cooling temperature of the solution in accordance with a detection result of the first detector.
