The torque converter is released from its reduced torque absorption mode under one of three circumstances: 1) the brake pedal is released; 2) the detected obstruction moves outside a first predefined maximum range; and, 3) the detected obstruction moves outside a second predefined maximum range and at greater than a predefined minimum speed.

A control device outputting, when the electric control is switched forward/backward to output the forward/backward signal and when the time for switching the forward/backward signal is not longer than a preset time, a first modulate signal for delaying the return times from the forward position to the neutral position and from the backward position to the neutral position to the electromagnetic pump inclination angle control mechanism.

摘要： A bi-directional pump connected to a motor by a pair of supply/discharge lines; a regulator changes the bi-directional pump tilting angle; and a controller controls the regulator based on a turning signal outputted from a turning operation valve. At the turning acceleration, at which the signal increases, the controller calculates a motor flow rate passing through the motor and an instruction flow rate determined based on the turning signal. If the instruction flow rate is greater than a reference flow rate obtained by adding a predetermined value to the motor flow rate, the controller controls the regulator so the bi-directional pump tilting angle is adjusted to a tilting angle realizing the reference flow rate. If the instruction flow rate is not greater than the reference flow rate, the controller controls the regulator so the bi-directional pump tilting angle is adjusted to a tilting angle realizing the instruction flow rate.

摘要： A hydraulic transmission apparatus having at least one declutchable hydraulic motor having radial pistons and connected via two motor ducts, and a casing duct connected to the inside of the casing. The apparatus further has clutching means that, in order to perform the clutching of the motor, are suitable for bringing a first one of the motor ducts to a “clutching” first pressure that is higher than the pressure in the casing while also making it possible to remove fluid via the casing duct. Disposed on the casing duct, the apparatus further has means for limiting the flow of fluid in said casing duct, in a manner such as to cause the pressure inside the casing to increase during the clutching operation. This apparatus enables clutching to take place gently.

摘要： A transmission for a hydraulic hybrid motor vehicle includes a planetary gear train (30) capable of differential operation. The planetary gear train has a first element (32) linked to an internal combustion engine (34), a second element (40) linked to drive wheels (22) of the vehicle, and a third element (36) linked to a hydraulic pump (64). The transmission (1) further includes a hydraulic machine which drives the drive wheels (22) by way of a link between the third element (36) of the planetary gear train (30) and the hydraulic pump (64). This link includes a speed reducer (38, 60) that provides, when the whole of the planetary gear train is rotating at the same speed, a reduction in the speed of rotation of the pump relative to that of the internal combustion engine (34) that is greater than a value of approximately two.
