摘要： The present invention provides a thread feeding device of a decorative stitching sewing machine. The thread feeding device feeds a needle thread, an upper looper thread, and a lower looper thread in the amounts required for sewing one stitch such that the position of a stitch looping point of the threads changes. The thread feeding device includes: a thread accumulator 500 having thread accumulating elements 13a to 13d and 14a to 14d which measure the thread accumulation amounts of predetermined lengths of the needle thread, the upper looper thread, and the lower looper thread, and thread accumulation amount control elements 15 to 18 which adjust the amounts of the threads required for sewing one stitch in an increasable and decreasable manner within the range of thread accumulation amounts of predetermined lengths at the time of fabric feeding, and which release the threads to a stitch forming device when a stitch is formed; a thread feed drive mechanism 600 which drives each of the elements; and a thread feed control unit having a program which dives the thread accumulation amount control elements for each stitch to feed the threads in an increasable and decreasable manner so as to increase or decrease the threads within the range of a total thread feeding amount that is maintained constant, including a fabric feeding amount, a fabric thickness and an overlocking width, thereby to change the position of the stitch looping point of the needle thread, the upper looper thread, and the lower looper thread, thus controlling the decorative stitching according to a stitching decoration pattern.

摘要： Duvet inserts are provided with at least two chamfered or beveled corners to prevent overhanging of the corners. Additional drag caused by the overhanging corners and frequent handling of duvet inserts by the corners causes migration of fillers contained therein and this is mitigated by the chamfered corners. Again, sectional barriers, preferably by stitching zigzag, waves or triangle wave stitches along the periphery of duvet inserts are capable of minimizing migration of fillers. Furthermore, quilted or line stitches on at least two corners can also be provided to contain the fillers. Duvet inserts of the present disclosure are durable and chamfered corners provide a neat and tailored look thereby enhancing bed presentation and also avert accidents such as tripping over the overhanging portion.

摘要： A hidden seam rehemming method for jeans, comprising steps as follows: (a) cutting down a part with desired length including the hem from the jean to be shortened, and cutting down the hem with a first seam allowance from the cut-down part; (b) taking out threads from the hem and unfolding the hem such that three rows of needle holes in the hem appear; (c) sewing the unfolded hem with a remaining part of the jean along the upmost row of needle holes in such way that the outside surface of the unfolded hem contacts the outside surface of the remaining part; (d). folding the first seam allowance of the hem and a second allowance of the remaining part toward the inside surface of the jean; (e). pressing the first and the second seam allowances with nail or iron such that the seam allowances lie against the inside surface of the jean; (f). folding the hem along original fold marks thereof such that the three rows of needle holes are superposed again and sewing it from the outside surface along the joint seam between the hem and the remaining part.
