摘要： The present invention relates to: a fusion peptide comprising a thrombus-targeting peptide, ferritin fragment and a thrombolytic peptide; and a use thereof and, more specifically, to: a fusion peptide in which a thrombus-targeting peptide, ferritin fragment and a thrombolytic peptide are sequentially linked; a composition for preventing or treating thrombotic disorders, containing the same as an active ingredient; a method for treating thrombotic disorders; and a therapeutic use. According to the present invention, CLT-sFt-μPn DCNC as a novel plasmin-based thrombolytic nanocage has: an effect of targeting a site at which thrombus is present; a low sensitivity to inhibitors present in the circulatory system; pharmacological activity strongly destroying both arterial and venous thrombi; and no side effects of bleeding, and thus can be very useful in developing an agent for preventing or treating thrombotic disorders.

摘要： Pharmaceutical compositions comprising plasminogen or a biologically active variant thereof are disclosed. In an embodiment, the composition comprises a tonicity modifier, a bulking agent, and a stabilising agent and has a pH of about 3.0 to about 10.0. In another embodiment, the composition contains an amount of particles in suspension equal to or greater than 10 μm which is lower than 6000 particles per 100 ml, and preferably lower than 2000 particles per 100 ml. Uses of these compositions as a medicament is contemplated. Various therapeutic uses of these pharmaceutical compositions is also contemplated.

摘要： A composition for in vitro use as a culture medium or in vivo use as a pharmaceutical composition or a medical device, capable of accelerating the differentiation of stem cells into cells with a chondrocytic phenotype and of restoring the original trophism of chondrocytes, is described. The composition comprises, in combination, at least one proteolytic enzyme, at least one growth factor and at least one from a sugar, an amino acid, a vitamin factor, a vitamin, a nucleotide and a nucleoside, in a physiologically acceptable carrier or diluent. A method of differentiating stem cells in cells having a chondrocytic phenotype, the cells obtained by the method and their uses, for example in human or animal cell therapy, for example by CBMP (Cellular Based Medicinal products) are also described.

摘要： Disclosed is both a process for producing a reversibly inactive acidified plasmin by activating plasminogen and a process for producing a purified plasminogen. The produced plasmin is isolated and stored with a low pH-buffering capacity agent to provide a substantially stable formulation. The purified plasminogen is typically purified from a fraction obtained in the separation of immunoglobulin from Fraction II+III chromatographic process and eluted at a low pH. The reversibly inactive acidified plasmin may be used in the administration of a thrombolytic therapy.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing a recombinant functional plasminogen in micro-organisms, and to a method for identifying plasminogen activators. The nucleic acid sequence coding for the fuctional part of the plasminogen is fused with a nucleic acid molecule coding for at least one signal peptide. The nucleic acid molecule coding for the plasminogen and the nucleic acid molecule coding for the signal peptide are combined with codons for interfaces of proteases which ensure the separation of the signal peptide. The recombinant plasminogen or the corresponding plasmin is suitable for treating wounds which are slow to heal or not healing, by application of the enzyme in an appropriate formulation.
