摘要： An on-orbit recycling method for a buffer foam of a cargo spacecraft includes the following steps: mechanically cutting a shaped PU foam into foam micro-blocks, and putting the foam micro-blocks into a packaging bag for packaging, where the packaging bag is filled with a foaming adhesive; the foaming adhesive includes a component A and a component B, which are independently packaged in a two-component packaging bag; and the component A and the component B are separated by a film; and squeezing the film between the component A and the component B, such that the two components are fully mixed, foamed and expanded to finally burst the two-component packaging bag, where after the packaging bag is burst, the foaming adhesive expands into gaps of the foam micro-blocks; and in a microgravity state of space, the foaming adhesive expands and fills uniformly in all directions and fully infiltrates the foam micro-blocks.

摘要： This invention relates to polyurethane(urea) compositions which contain foam and which are preferably cationically modified, contain non-abrasively bonded fillers and have a very high water absorbability (WAF).Production is effected by reacting isocyanate-terminated prepolymers with a quantity of water far exceeding the stoichiometric quantity in the presence of foams in particle or film form. The reaction mixture may also contain lignite powder and/or peat, other inorganic and organic fillers and/or biomasses (living cells, living bacteria, enzymes).The polyurethane(urea) compositions contain up to 95% by weight of foam particles and may contain further fillers (preferably lignite and/or peat). The compositions are swollen and have a high water content during production. Their water absorbability (WAF) when suspended in water is 33 to 97% by weight of water. They can be used as carriers in microbic synthesis processes for the production of complicated organic compounds (when they have incorporated biomasses) as special carriers for the growth of plants, as filter agents or as adsorbents for non water-soluble liquids [for example, crude oil or petrol].

摘要： Method for the continuous production of a cylindrical block of reconstituted foam material. A charge of foam crumb (together with a binder) is placed in an open-ended mould, supported therein and compressed to a height of about one foot. The product is lowered from the mould and maintained relative thereto so as to provide a support to receive a further charge of foam crumb and binder. The further charge is compressed so that it unites with the first-mentioned charge. Further charges of crumb and binder are added, and the method-steps repeated, as often as necessary. An apparatus is provided in which the method may be performed.
