摘要： The Compound Torque Multiplying Lever Propelled Bicycle uses two force multiplying machines to generate a large amount of torque to be applied directly to the sprocket of the rear wheel. This machine uses a lever machine as a means of mechanical advantage and a two gear combination machine as a means of mechanical advantage. In this configuration, the input gear is always larger than the output gear or sprocket. Furthermore, because the load of each lever machine is moved away from the fulcrum and closer to the pedals, less material is needed to reinforce the lever machines from the inside; thus, they are lighter. Furthermore, because the sprockets used to increase torque and range are smaller in diameter, they are then lighter, which would result in a bicycle that is lighter, having consistent increased torque from pedal peak to pedal base with a substantial amount of range.

The crank box is fitted with a flute and contiguous to a fixed structure fitted with a pin. The movement of the crank is limited by the pin's movement in the flute. The crank box has a torsion spring nested within it. The device is fitted with a braking mechanism of the crankshaft's sprockets, in that these sprockets engage with sprockets of a transmission box, connecting the transmission box to the toothed shaft's box. The sprockets of the transmission box, in turn, transmit their movement to the outer shaft.

To this end, a pedal-driven roller board according to the present invention includes: a handle disposed at the front side of a board to steer a front wheel; a rear wheel at the rear side of the board; and two pedals formed on the top surface of the board to drive the rear wheel. Further, the pedal-driven roller board includes: a link having an end hinged to the bottom surface of a pedal; a driving gear formed on an end of a crankshaft connected through a shaft to the other end of the link to convert a reciprocating motion of the pedal into a rotational motion; a clutch gear engaged with the driving gear to rotate, and selectively connected to one of either a first speed gear or a second speed gear to rotate same; a first connecting gear and a second connecting gear, which rotatably engage with the first speed gear and the second speed gear, respectively, and are installed on an end of a connecting shaft; a transmission gear installed on both ends of the connecting shaft and rotated by torque transmitted through the connecting shaft from the first and second connecting gears; and a rotation gear engaging with the transmission gear to rotate, and connected to the rear wheel through a rotation shaft to transmit the torque from the transmission gear to the rear wheel.

摘要： A combination driving hub and transmission for a cycle—such as a bicycle. The inventive hub is preferably installed on the rear of a bicycle. A pair of reciprocating cranks provide input torque to corresponding input shafts. These input shaft transmit the torque through a series of step-up shafts. The step-up shafts increase the speed of the initial input—finally delivering the torque to an output shaft. The output shaft is preferably the hub of the bicycle's rear wheel.
