摘要： This palette accessory and paint storage system keeps oil paint fresh and pliable for weeks at room temperature. A linear paint tray, upon which daubs of paint are placed, is stored inside an airtight tube. Felt wicks mounted inside the end caps hold clove oil, which prevents the oxidation of oil paints. For heavy bodied acrylics, the end caps are mounted with sponge material or silica gel that would be moistened to create a humid environment that prevents acrylics from drying and hardening. When the artist is ready to paint, the paint tray is removed from the storage tube and secured with clips or Velcro to a mixing palette, paint box, or easel. The painter dips into the paint daubs on the tray to mix the desired colors on their palette. When done painting, the paint tray, with the unused paint, is re-inserted into the tube for storage and transport.

摘要： A carrying and storage case for artist's supplies including a tray-like base and a plurality of rows of receptacles within the base, each row containing a plurality of receptacles. The axes of all the receptacles are at an acute angle to the plane of the back wall of the base, the angle opening toward the top wall of the base. A cover, hinged or otherwise moveable with respect to the base, is used to close the case. The case is ideally suited to carry drawing markers, each receptacle holding one marker, and preferably the case contains at least one hundred receptacles. The length of each receptacle is shorter than the length of the markers to be carried, so that one end of each of the markers extends beyond the receptacles and can be grasped for removal from the case. The receptacles may be defined by intersecting vertical and horizontally-extending partitions, the partitions interengaging by means of a series of slots formed at one edge of each partition. The hinge for pivotally interconnecting the base and cover is seperable by lifting one of the base or cover with respect to the other, so that the seperated cover can be used as a support surface on which the artist can work. The cover may be a tray-like member formed with a pocket or pockets for accommodating additional artist's supplies.

The supports are designed to contact the egg on minimal surface areas such that the dye flowing thereover may substantially cover all of the egg or may be simply applied in decorative stripes or other selected patterns. The egg supporting structure includes the upstanding legs arranged in overlying relationship to a tray for collection of excess decorative material. The entire unit is provided as a package and receiving sections for the decorative material are provided with the support and drip trays being removable from the master package.
