A method can include the step of obtaining a photographic-type image to be formed onto a substantially flat side outer surface portion of a golf bag having a main bag body including an open end, a closed end, a club chamber positioned between the open and closed ends, and the substantially flat side outer surface portion. The method can also include controlling image production by sending the photographic-type image to a printer and activating at least one printer motor to form the photographic-type image onto the flat side outer surface portion of the golf bag, and printing the photographic-type image onto the substantially flat side outer surface portion of the golf bag so that the photographic-type image is readily visible and substantially permanently affixed.

摘要： A printable overlaminate for attachment to a substrate permits application of decorative and/or informative printing on materials that normally are not receptive to ordinary inks. The overlaminate has a release liner releasably attached to a protective layer. On the protective layer is an ink acceptable adhesive, the exposed surface of which receives ordinary ink. After printing the ink acceptable layer is transferred to a substrate through the use of heat and pressure. Then the release liner is removed, leaving the ink visible through the protective layer.

摘要： A method is provided for preparing one or more print jobs for finishing. The method includes dividing a portion of the one or more print jobs into a first set of pages corresponding with a first print output stack having one stack height and a second set of pages corresponding with a second print output stack having another stack height. A printing instruction is provided for causing at least one of the first and second sets of pages to be printed in a multiple up format when either one of the output stack heights is greater than a selected output stack height, or when the sum of the stack heights is greater than the selected output stack height. The printing instruction is used, pursuant to printing the first and second sets of pages with the printing instruction, for (1) causing the at least one of the first print output stack and the second print output stack to be printed in multiple-up format, and (2) preventing either one of the print output stack heights from exceeding the selected output height.

摘要： A method of pointillist painting includes receiving a dot list including a specification of color, position, size, texture, and exclusion zone of a plurality of dots, wherein the exclusion zone of a dot represents an area that does not overlap with an exclusion zone of any other of the plurality of dots and selecting a first set of dots of a first color. A colorant dispenser may be moved to a first position of a first dot in the first set. A pre-determined amount of colorant may be applied to the first position. A measured blast of air may modify coverage and profile of the applied colorant. The dispenser may then move to the remaining positions until all dots of the first color and subsequent sets of dots of subsequent colors are dispensed.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing nonwoven/film laminates for personal hygiene articles, from an initial film web consisting of a thermoplastic polymer and an initial nonwoven web. According to said method, the initial film web and the initial nonwoven web, whose melting point lies above the crystallite melting point of the polymer, are heated to a temperature that exceeds the crystallite melting point of the polymer and lies below the melting point of the initial nonwoven web. The laminate is then guided through a cooled nip and is cooled to a temperature that lies below the crystallite melting point of the initial film web. The invention also relates to laminates that can be produced by said method.
