A working end of the tool has a clamp open or openable on the top, left, and right sides. A handle region defined by an elongated shape is adapted for gripping. A mid-region of unitary construction is attached to the handle region and a head region, wherein the head region is a separate piece fastened to the mid-region, such as by threads or bolts. A base with a flat side is formed of unitary construction, such as forged in the same metallurgy process, as the mid-region. The flat bottom side of the base may be angled to entirely rest on a surface when a corresponding bottom side of the handle region rests on the surface.

摘要： A hand-actuated bar clamp apparatus is disclosed which provides a high level of holding power or force on a workpiece. The bar clamp includes first and second jaws that are movably coupled to a bar. The first jaw includes a drive lever that engages the bar and a trigger that drives the drive lever to move the bar relative to the first jaw. A brake mechanism is contained within the first jaw to prevent it from moving in the opposite direction. The second jaw includes a push-button release assembly and a stop mechanism actuated by the push-button release assembly. The stop mechanism frictionally engages the second jaw to the bar when the second jaw is not under load.

摘要： An open wrench includes a recess defined by two clamp surfaces and two engaging surfaces to mount to a bolt head. One of the clamp surfaces has a passage and the movable member is located in the passage. The movable member has a spherical distal end and protrudes from the clamp surface. Each of the clamp surfaces has a tangential surface and a distance between the two tangential surfaces is longer than the maximum distance between two corners of the bolt head. An angle is defined between the axis of the passage and the tangential surface of the clamp surface. The clip is engaged within the passage and the outer periphery of the clip is engaged with the annular groove and the inner periphery of the clip protrudes from the extension so as to contact the second shoulder to prevent the movable member from dropping from the passage.
