摘要： A method for transferring a workpiece from a first manipulator to a second manipulator by means of a manipulation system in a bending installation having at least one bending machine is provided. Each manipulator comprises first, second, and third manipulator arms, each of which is pivotable about second axes, third axes, and fourth axes and exclusively in a parallel orientation with respect to a first axis of a guide arrangement. The workpiece is grasped by a holding arrangement of the first manipulator. The third manipulator arms are oriented to be opposite and to project towards one another, and the same workpiece is grasped by a holding arrangement of the second manipulator and subsequently released from the holding arrangement of the first manipulator for the direct transfer process. The invention furthermore relates to a manipulation system and a bending installation equipped therewith.

摘要： A material separation device comprises a placement component, a blower, a suction component, a suction pad driver, and a controller. The blower blows air at a plurality of aluminum sheets that have been stacked on the placement component to float an uppermost aluminum sheet. The suction component uses suction pads to chuck and hold the uppermost aluminum sheet from above while the air is being blown. The suction pad driver drives the suction component up and down, using servomotors as a drive source. The controller performs control so that the suction pads chucking the aluminum sheet are raised to a temporary stopping position by the suction pad driver, and the suction pads are stopped for a predetermined length of time at the temporary stopping position while the air is stopped, and the suction pads are then raised by the suction pad drivers to a conveyance position.

摘要： A process a plate workpiece with high precision at high speed, the plate processing machine comprises a workpiece side surface positioning device (SPD) provided with magnet rollers (MR); a workpiece trimming device (TD) provided with a tool actuating switch (SW); and a workpiece positioning device (PD) provided with an optical sensor (SE). The magnet rollers guide a workpiece forward in magnetic rotatable contact engagement with the side surface of the workpiece. The tool actuating switch is actuated before the workpiece is located at a trimming position for automatic trimming operation. The optical sensor generates a feed speed deceleration signal so that a fed workpiece will not apply shock to the stop member of the positioning device by adjusting the sensor position relative to the stop surface according to the workpiece length to be cut.

These are placed onto pallets (6) in form of stacks (7) and are fed to a pallet storage (4) in form of a high multi-tier shelf coordinated to each production machine (1). Between the pallet storage (4) and the production machine is provided a transport device (9) movable vertically along the pallet storage, which accepts a pallet (6) with a sheet metal stack (7) or delivers an empty pallet (6). The transport device (9) contains a single-sheet feeder (11), for example in the shape of suction heads (20) which lift off the topmost sheet, place it on a sheet support table (23) and from there feed it to the production machine. So as to facilitate the disengagements of the sheets from one another, magnets (18) are so arranged that under their influence they spread the forward positions of the sheets from one another.
