The cutting machine comprises conveyor means for carrying the object along an advancement direction at a line speed and comprises a driving and cutting unit configured to move in a cutting cycle according to a forward phase in order to perform the cutting of the moving object, and configured to move according to a return phase in order to return into the initial position of the cutting cycle. The cutting machine further comprises a processing unit configured to generate a driving signal for controlling the movement of the driving and cutting unit with an acceleration trend wherein the maximum absolute value of the acceleration within the return phase is smaller than the maximum absolute value of the acceleration within the forward phase.

摘要： An apparatus for cutting a foodstuff strand into a succession of pieces has a conveyor for continuously displacing the strand in a direction through a cutting station, a vertical guide rail in the station, a blade in the station lying in a vertical plane, and a holder carrying the blade and vertically displaceable along the rail. An actuator braced between the guide rail and the holder is operable to vertically reciprocate the blade. Upper and lower wheels rotatable about respective upper and lower axes generally parallel to the plane and perpendicular to the direction have offset from the respective axes respective upper and lower pivots attached to the mount. A drive/controller connected to the actuator and to the wheels vertically reciprocates the mount and rotates the wheels for cutting through the strand with the blade while moving the blade synchronously in the direction with the strand.

摘要： A dispenser for cards which are withdrawn by customers at the entrance of a parking lot has a housing for a supply of coherent cards which are transported seriatim by advancing rolls toward an outlet opening for withdrawal by customers. On its way toward the outlet opening, each card is provided with legible information by a matrix printer which can apply such information in response to a signal from a computer while the card is in motion. The thus imprinted card then advances between the matrix and the perforating tool of a punching apparatus which applies one or more holes while the card is in motion. The matrix and the tool are mounted on a plate which is secured to a fixed bracket by a first parallel motion mechanism so that it can move in and counter to the direction of movement of the card between the tool and the martrix. The plate is pivotable about a fixed axis by an oscillating crank gear so that the tool moves along an arcuate path to which the adjacent card is tangential. During each movement in the direction of transport of cards, the tool and the matrix move, for a certain interval of time, at the exact speed of the card. At such time, a cam moves the tool toward the matrix so that the tool perforates the card portion whicn is located between the matrix and the tool. The motor which causes the cam to move the tool toward the matrix receives commands from the computer.

摘要： In a cutting device for subdividing moving elongated stock especially strip, rod or tube rolled stock, a cutting tool is carried on a carrier arm which is the last lever in a linkage system which, when driven by rotation of one lever about a fixed axis causes the tool to describe a non-circular locus including a stock cutting path along which cutting tool speed can be synchronised with stock speed and the cutting tool kept perpendicular to the stock axis. The cutting device can be operated continuously with the cutting tool selectively operative or intermittently when comparatively small acceleration and retardation forces are involved even with high stock speed greater than 10m/sec, for example 20m/sec.
