摘要： A generator rotor refurbishing system includes a cutting tool configured to cut generator rotor bars. The cutting tool includes a guide track configured and disposed to be fixedly mounted relative to a generator rotor and a cutting head block moveably mounted relative to the guide track. The cutting tool is configured and disposed to produce a fixed depth cut through a generator rotor bar. A cleaning system is configured for substantially simultaneously cleaning first and second opposing surfaces and first and second opposing edges of the generator rotor bar. The cleaning system includes a guide member and a cleaning assembly moveably mounted to the guide member. The cleaning assembly includes a plurality of cleaning members arranged to clean each of first and second opposing surfaces and first and second opposing edges of the generator rotor bar.

The saw assembly is pivotable about a horizontal axis substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis. A switch is electrically connected to the motor and disposed on the support assembly so that, when the motor assembly is pivoted about the horizontal axis, the switch remains stationary.

摘要： This invention relates to a cutting apparatus for cutting food items conveyed on a conveyor including at least one conveyor belt. A cutter is arranged above a gap extending across the at least one conveyor belt. The cutter is positioned in relation to the gap such that the cutting path of the cutter extends through the food items and the gap and below the surface level of the at least one conveyor belt. The cutter is adapted to be connected to a control mechanism for operating crosswise movement of the cutter along the gap. The gap is formed between adjacent elongated supporting means such as rollers with a fixed internal arrangement, where the adjacent elongated supporting means and the cutter is adapted to be connected to a control mechanism for operating back and forth movement of the adjacent elongated supporting means and the cutter parallel to the conveying direction while maintaining the internal arrangement of the adjacent elongated supporting means and the cutter fixed.

摘要： A cutting device includes a fixing plate, a revolving cylinder, an annular cutting blade, and an ejection bar. The fixing plate defines a first through hole. The revolving cylinder is threadedly engaged in the first through hole and defines a second through hole. The cutting blade defines a third through hole and is attached to the revolving cylinder. The revolving cylinder is rotatable relative to the fixing plate to move the cutting blade between an extended position and a retracted position. In the extended position, the cutting blade cuts a surface of the workpiece to create a round blind crack in the surface thereof, a portion of the workpiece being surrounded by the blind crack. In the retracted position, the cutting blade is moved away from the workpiece. The ejection bar is configured for pushing the surrounded portion out of the workpiece.
