摘要： The low voltage power distribution bus system for a plurality of connected modules includes an intelligently managed power load algorithm. The system maintains a marginal reserve of power while monitoring the total power load. When a new module is connected, a base power setting for the new module is retrieved. The system calculates available power and compares the base power setting. If the available power is exceeded, the system redistributes a maximum allowed power of each connected module and assigns the new module an allowed maximum power. The allowed maximum power is the base power setting if the available power exceeds the base power setting of the new module and a fraction of the base power setting if the base power setting of the new module exceeds the available power.

摘要： An electronic shelf label system includes a powered rail for holding electronic shelf labels. The front side of the rail includes a recess that is physically configured to receive a protrusion at the upper rear side of the shelf label. The shelf label further comprises a lower hook member for engaging with a lower edge of the rail. The rail may comprise two conductors for providing the labels with power and data for display on the label. Data and power may be provided via a controller and power module connected to the back of the rail.

摘要： A shelving system includes at least one vertically oriented shelf rail having a row of vertical slots leading to the shelf rail interior. In the interior, a bus bar includes conductors. A carrier element, such as a shelf element, is mounted on a bracket configured to hook into the shelf rail slots. A lighting device is attached to the carrier element or the bracket. A current collection device is fastened to the bracket and includes tap contacts that protrude from a housing and are disposed on the engagement section of the bracket. The tap contacts are resilient and disposed to be elastically pressed into the housing against a spring force when the bracket is being hooked into the shelf rail, pressed out of the housing when located in the shelf rail interior, and pressed against associated current conductors to establish an electrically conducting connection for the lighting device.
