摘要： A radiation protection device is disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention. The radiation protection device is used for a system which is configured to perform safety inspection of a cargo or a vehicle by a ray. The radiation protection device comprising: at least one container, and a radiation protection part disposed within the container. The radiation protection material may comprise at least one of concrete, sandstone, and water, or the radiation protection part may comprise a steel-lead protection wall or a concrete protection wall. With the radiation protection device according to the embodiment of the present invention, after the container is transported to the site, it can be directly put in place to be capable of shielding rays without needing operation or with only simple operation. The amount of on-site work, construction time, and construction cost are low.

摘要： The present invention relates to an inorganic, halogen-free flameproofing agent produced from modified, recarbonized red mud (MKRS-HT) having a mineral composition of 10 to 50 weight percent of iron compounds, 12 to 35 weight percent of aluminum compounds, 5 to 17 weight percent of silicon compounds, 2 to 10 weight percent of titanium dioxide, 0.5 to 6 weight percent of calcium compounds and optionally unavoidable impurities, the weight ratio of Fe (II) carbonate to the oxides of iron being at least 1. The flame proofing agent according to the invention can be used as a flame retardant in the high-temperature range; The invention further relates to an inorganic, halogen-free flameproofing agent produced from modified, recarbonized and rehydrated red mud, which can be used as a flame retardant both in the low-temperature range as well as in the high-temperature range, and to methods for producing same and the use thereof as flame retardants, substitutes or surrogates, synergists, thermal stabilizers, heat accumulators, heat insulators and/or sound insulators and/or as electromagnetic radiation shielding materials.

摘要： The invention provides a composite from which concrete featuring a sufficiently high heat resistance can be produced, as well as a high-safety sealed concrete cask having no opening (shielding defect) to offer high shielding performance that can prevent corrosion of an internal canister and release of radioactive material to the exterior. A concrete cask of the invention includes a cask body having a bottom but no lid in itself, and a lid which can open and close off a top opening of the cask body. Both the cask body and the lid are made of concrete manufactured by using a composite including Portland cement or blended cement containing Portland cement, which is mixed with water in such a manner that the content of calcium hydroxide falls in a range of 15% to 60% by mass after hardening through hydration reaction. Metallic heat-transfer fins are embedded in the cask body.

摘要： Coupling apparatus and methods for replacing a core spray line downcomer pipe coupled to a shroud T-box are described. In one embodiment, the coupling apparatus includes a seal ring, a mating flange, a housing, at least one coupling bolt, at least one spherical washer, and at least one lateral pin. The thermal expansion coefficient of the coupling bolt is lower than the thermal expansion coefficient of the seal ring, mating flange, and housing. After extending the downcomer pipe into the housing, the seal ring is inserted into the opposite end of the housing adjacent the downcomer pipe. The seal ring is then seated on the mating flange seat. The two seats allow the downcomer pipe to be rotational misaligned with the coupling apparatus. The coupling bolts extend through the mating flange and the housing to rigidly secure the downcomer pipe to the coupling apparatus. Lateral pins extend through the housing and the downcomer pipe to provide vertical and torsional load transfer from the downcomer pipe to the coupling apparatus. In addition, the coupling apparatus includes a cylindrical pipe, an elbow, a draw bolt, an anchor plate, and a block. The elbow is configured to receive the T-box extending from the shroud. In one embodiment, the draw bolt bolts extend through the anchor plate, the T-box, the elbow, and the block to secure the coupling apparatus to the shroud.

摘要： The disclosure relates to an inorganic, halogen-free flameproofing agent produced from modified, recarbonized red mud (MKRS-HT).
