摘要： An apparatus for filling a vessel with a multicomponent filling product includes a filler having at least one filling unit set up to introduce the filling product into the vessel, and a filler tank set up for intermediate buffering of the filling product and in fluid connection with the filling unit via a product conduit to supply the filling unit with the filling product; and a mixer set up to blend the filling product from at least two filling product components, wherein the mixer has a circulation conduit; and the mixer has at least one dosage branch set up to introduce one filling product component into the circulation conduit, wherein the mixer has a heat exchanger set up to adjust the temperature of the filling product in the circulation conduit.

A first opening formed in the outer surface fluidically connected with the at least one cavity, a second opening formed in the inner surface fluidically connecting the at least one cavity with the flow path. At least one impeller rotatably mounted in the at least one cavity, and a flow control device operatively coupled to the impeller, the flow control device selectively adjusting a rotational impedance of the at least one impeller to control fluid flow between the first opening and the second opening.

摘要： A liquid additive injection pump for injecting a predetermined amount of a secondary fluid into a primary fluid stream wherein a fluid mixing chamber is disposed within the pump housing assembly. A gasket having at least one one-way valve is positioned between the pump assembly components and mixing chamber thereby allowing a primary fluid to pass through the pump assembly and into the mixing chamber where the introduction of a second fluid occurs. The mixed fluids are then discharged through an outlet. The one-way valve gasket assembly acts to prevent the mixed and/or secondary fluid from passing upstream of the gasket assembly and into the pump assembly.

摘要： Continuous stream ratio blending of two or more liquids. Each stream flow is time synchronized to all others and turned on and off to dose precise ratios into a constant pressure streams combining chamber. Combined on-off flows constitute a net flow rate exceeding some maximum continuous flow demand for the blended liquids. Dosed streams are pumped from the streams combining chamber at a rate matching their inflow, then through a mixing element into a finished blend tank. Use of a constant pressure streams combining chamber feeding a mix pump allows decoupling of individual streams ratio dosing flows and pressures one from another and from the combined stream. Blended liquid is available on demand as a continuous stream from the level controlled finished blend tank. The level sensor automatically starts and stops blended flow into the tank. Streams flow can be stopped upon completion of any dose cycle.
