摘要： A visual line detecting device is arranged to detect the Purkinje image position of an illuminated eye of an observer through light reflected by the eye and to detect the direction of the visual line of the observer from the Purkinje image position and the position of the pupil center of the eye. The device estimates the pupil diameter of the eye from the luminance of external light and determines the position of the center of the pupil by determining the position of a boundary between the pupil and the iris of the eye on the basis of the pupil diameter estimated.

摘要： A camera apparatus having means for setting an optical grating at a desired location in the viewfinder includes a viewfinder for observing a prospective image plane of an objective lens, a light dividing mirror for reflecting the light toward the viewfinder, and a scanning plate having a reflective optical grating thereon for scanning the image of an object on the prospective image plane. Light receiving circuitry is provided for receiving light reflected by the optical grating through the light dividing mirror, and for forming an electrical signal representing the focus adjusting state of the objective lens. Structure is provided for setting the optical grating in a desired position in the viewing field of the viewfinder.

摘要： A single lens reflex camera system capable of TTL flash output control of a flash unit which enables transmission light from the phototaking lens from a movable mirror device to a light receiving device when the mirror device is in one position and from a film surface to the light receiving device when the mirror is in a second position, the light receiving device generating a signal corresponding to the quantity of light it receives. A trigger circuit enables flash tube actuation upon film exposure and a control device controls the quantity of light emission of the tube in response to the output of the light receiving device. The trigger circuit is actuated when the mirror device is in the one position by an actuating device which includes circuitry for correcting the response of the control device of the output of the light receiving device in accordance with the difference, with respect to the same object, between the quantity of light incident on the light receiving device when the mirror device is in the one position and the quantity of light incident on the light receiving device when the mirror device is in the second position.
