摘要： A rotary hearth furnace, in particular for the treatment of minerals or oxidized materials, includes a toroidal chamber wherein the bottom wall, i.e., the hearth, rotates as to the rest of the chamber the hearth includes a refractory material layer supported on a frame which includes the tracks cooperating with the wheels, placed on the ground, for the sliding and/or driving of said hearth. The frame includes several girts radial as to the hearth, angularly equidistant from each other, and at least two circular sliding girders, positioned next to the outer and inner peripheral edge of said hearth. The sliding girders are in contact with the hearth sliding and/or driving wheels through the suitable tracks, and the wheels are angularly equidistant from each other with the same angular pitch of the radial girts.

Measures are also taken to permit expansion of the floor and air distribution system without requiring complex interconnections of the floor plates or of the air distribution system to the oven walls. Elements which are exposed to both hot and cold temperatures are designed so as not to warp or buckle under the temperature differentials between the inner and outer shells of each oven wall.

摘要： A reflow oven includes a chamber housing including surfaces that are in contact with heated air mixed with contaminants, including flux, and a water-soluble layer selectively applied to the surfaces of the chamber housing. Embodiments of the reflow oven include an acrylic-based layer, such as an acrylic paint. In one embodiment, the acrylic paint includes a water-soluble polymer, a polymer emulsion, and water. The water-soluble polymer includes butyl benzyl phthalate. In some embodiments, the acrylic paint includes 1-10% by weight butyl benzyl phthalate, 30-55% by weight acrylic polymer emulsion, and balance water. In a certain embodiment, the acrylic paint includes 1-5% by weight butyl benzyl phthalate, 35-50% by weight acrylic poly emulsion, and balance water. Methods of treating surfaces of the reflow oven are further disclosed.
