摘要： Furnace for melting inorganic salts, comprising a container, at least one inlet area for solid inorganic salts, at least one outlet area for molten inorganic salts and at least one heat exchanger tube or coil. Each heat exchanger tube includes an inlet section connected to the outer side wall of the container, a spiral section substantially along the inner side walls of the container defining an internal space, with this spiral section arranged in a substantially horizontal plane, and an outlet section which is substantially vertical and goes downwards towards the bottom area or upwards towards the top area of the container. This furnace provides better safety and performance than previously known furnaces.

摘要： A flue gas treatment apparatus has a flue gas inlet, a treated gas outlet downstream of the flue gas inlet, and a gas flow path therebetween. The flue gas treatment apparatus comprises a particulate removal device. A first heater is downstream of the particulate removal device. The first heater heats the flue gas to a first treatment temperature. A first catalytic converter is downstream of the first heater for eliminating at least some CO and SO2 from the flue gas. A second heater is downstream of the first catalytic converter for heating the flue gas to a second treatment temperature. A second catalytic converter is downstream of the second heater for eliminating at least some NOx from the flue gas. At least a first fan forces the flue gas from the flue gas inlet to the treated gas outlet.

摘要： The instant disclosure relates to an improved heating chamber of a heating device having a non-reactive surface layer. The heating chamber includes at least one metal layer and at least one non-reactive disposed thereon. The improved heating chamber is protected against reacting chemically during the thermal treatment process, and has better anti-corrosion capability. The heating chamber is also protected against cracking. Therefore, the service life of the heating chamber is extended. A heating device having improved heating chamber and at least one method of forming the non-reactive layer are also disclosed.
