    • The present disclosure is related to a system for retaining multiple hoses. The system includes multiple spacer members and an inner member having multiple recesses. Each of the hoses is received between the corresponding recess and the corresponding spacer member. The system also includes two brackets that retain the hoses between the recesses and the spacer members. The system further includes a rack and gear mechanism that allows tightening of the hoses in a locked configuration of the system. The system includes a ratchet and pawl mechanism that retains the system in the locked configuration. Further, the ratchet and pawn mechanism may be released to actuate the system to an unlocked configuration and allow loosening of the hoses.

    • A one-way action mechanism capable of rotating steplessly includes a main body, a rotary element and a friction element. The main body is provided thereon with a pivotal hole and a recessed space in communication with the pivotal hole. One side of the recessed space away from the pivotal hole has a friction surface. The rotary element is formed into a circular ring and is pivotally connected in the pivotal hole. The outer periphery of the rotary element is formed by a plurality of teeth. The friction element is received in the recessed space and has a gear and a friction wheel covering the gear. The friction element is restricted by an elastic element, so that the friction wheel can be brought into a rotary and frictional contact with the friction surface. An intermediate gear is drivingly engaged between the rotary element and the gear of the friction element.

    • A ratchet drive comprises a support in which the trunnions of a ratchet gear are mounted. A pair of transversely spaced drive plates are also mounted on the support for tilting movement about the axis of the ratchet gear between an active stroke and a return stroke so that front ends of a pair of drive pawls connected to the drive plates engage, during each active stroke of the latter, adjacent teeth of the ratchet gear to turn the latter through a predetermined angle during each active stroke.
