摘要： Forward nine speed stages are achieved by four planetary gear units and six frictional elements and established by combination of synchronously fastening three of the six frictional elements. To an automatic transmission having the above-mentioned units and elements, there are added a first connecting member (M1) that connects a first ring gear (R1) of the first planetary gear unit (PG1) to a second carrier (C2) of the second planetary gear unit (PG2) and, a fourth brake (B4) that is able to fix the first connecting member (M1) to a transmission case (TC). By combination of simultaneously fastening three of the seven frictional elements with fastening of the fourth brake, at least one new speed stage is established so that the automatic transmission establishes forward speed stages that are equal to or more than forward ten speed stages.

摘要： A family of transmission gearing arrangements each establish at least one reverse gear ratio and between nine and fifteen forward gear ratios. A shiftable gearing arrangement establishes a variety of speed ratios between the input and a first shaft. In some embodiments, a fixed speed ratio is established upstream or downstream of the shiftable gearing arrangement. In reverse and low gear ratios, a low clutch couples the first shaft to the output. In the high gear ratios, a combining planetary gear set establishes a linear speed relationship between the first shaft, a second shaft rotating at a speed proportional to the input, and the output.

摘要： A power-split drive train having a main drive, three output shafts (Ab1, Ab2, Ab3) and a continuously variable powersplit transmission with three additional drive units. The transmission enables rotational speed variability at the shafts (Ab1, Ab2, Ab3). Furthermore, each drive unit (2a, 2b, 2c) has a respective energy converter (3a, 3b, 3c) which are all electrically connected. Drive unit (2a) has planetary gearset (4a) that is connected, via a first shaft (W1), to the main drive. Shaft (Ab1) is connected, via a second shaft (W2), to gearset (4a) and energy converter (3a) is connected, via a third shaft (W3), to gearset (4a). The drive unit (2a) is at least indirectly connected to drive unit (2b) which is connected by a fifth shaft (W5) to shaft (Ab2). Drive unit (2a) is at least indirectly connected to drive unit (2c) which is connected by a seventh shaft (W7) to shaft (Ab3).

摘要： An automatic transmission includes nine rotatable shafts and four planetary gear sets, each with a first, second and third element. For the shifting of multiple forward gears and one reverse gear, seven shift elements are provided. The second element of the fourth planetary gear set forms the first shaft designed as a drive shaft, the second element of the third planetary gear set forms the second shaft designed as an output shaft, the first element of the fourth planetary gear set forms the third shaft, one element of the planetary gear set forms the fourth shaft, the third element of the third planetary gear set forms the sixth shaft, the second element of the second planetary gear set forms the eighth shaft. The third element of the second planetary gear set and the first element of the third planetary gear set are connected to each other as the fifth shaft. The first element of the second planetary gear set and the third element of the fourth planetary gear set are connected to each other as the seventh shaft. The third shaft can be fixed through the first shift element. The fourth shaft is constantly and directly connected to the second shift element. The first shaft is connectable to the fifth shaft through the third shift element. The ninth shaft is not directly connected to any of the planetary gear sets, is connectable to the sixth shaft through the fourth shift element, is connectable to the seventh shaft through the fifth shift element, is connectable to the eighth shaft through the sixth shift element and is connectable to the first shaft through the seventh shift element.
