摘要： A divisible device and a method for sand production and sand control experiment for natural gas hydrate exploitation. The experimental device includes a reactor system, a feeding system, a separation and measurement system, a water-bath jacket system, a support and safety system, and a software recording and analyzing system. In the reactor system, the reactor units can be combined in different ways depending on the experimental conditions and purposes. The reactor units include: left/right reactor units, secondary reactor units, central reactor units, and caps. The combination of a left/right reactor unit with a cap gives a hydrate formation reactor without sand control screens. Combining the left/right reactor unit, secondary left/right reactor units and central reactor units with other accessories allows the reactor system to carry out the simulation experiments with either zero, one, or two view zones, and with either one or two wells.

摘要： A wellbore lining system that puts liners into place immediately behind the drill head tool is used in drilling and for preparing natural gas hydrate (NGH) deposits for production of its natural gas. The system overcomes the requirement of setting casing from the wellhead, which controls well bore diameter with depth and allows for flexibility in well bore size at any depth. Wellbore liners stabilize the well walls by being very tightly fitting against bounding rocks and sediments, which overcomes the requirement for cementing, which commonly accompanies conventional well casing. In addition, liners can be emplaced with designed impermeability, permeability, and complex flow-through patterns so that production processes, such as sand flow, can be put in place as part of a liner section.

摘要： Assemblies and methods pack a borehole annulus with gravel carried by a carrier fluid of a slurry. A manifold is disposed on tubing (e.g., basepipe). A number of first permeable structures in fluid communication with the manifold are disposed adjacent an impermeable (blank) section of the tubing. These first structures filter the slurry in the borehole annulus and pass the carrier fluid filtered into the manifold. A number of second permeable structures in fluid communication with the manifold are disposed adjacent a permeable (screen) section of the tubing. These second structures pass the carrier fluid from the manifold to the borehole annulus adjacent the screen section. In this way, the slurry in the blank section can be dehydrated for gravel packing by leaking of the carrier fluid to the screen section. The manifold and structures can also be beneficial in increasing the producible area of the tubing for production.
