The inner ring plate includes at least one transfer opening leading from the lower side to the upper side of the inner ring plate.

摘要： An internal caisson/jacket leg cutter and method provides a frame having upper and lower end portions. The upper end portion has rigging that enables the frame to be lifted. Extensible arms are movably supported upon the frame. The arms extend and retract along generally radially extending lines. Extension of the arms enables them to contact the inside surface of a caisson/jacket leg and thus center and anchor the frame within the caisson/jacket leg interior. A cutting mechanism at the lower end portion of the frame includes one or more rotary cutters or milling devices that cut the caisson/jacket leg wall as these cutters traverse an arc shaped path, tracking the caisson/jacket leg wall.

摘要： A method and apparatus are described for preparing an end of a reinforced concrete pile (68). Excessive lengths of the driven pile are cut off using a shear blade (22) that is driven through the concrete and reinforcing steel (102) of the pile. Concrete is then removed down to a certain level below the cutoff position using a pair of blades (62) that engage the surface of the pile and penetrate the surface while wedging the upper pan of the pile up away from the main body of the pile. This cracks the concrete through at the desired position. At the same time, concrete breakers (88) engage the concrete pile above the blades to fracture the concrete from the reinforcing steel. This eliminates the need for cutting of the piles with explosives and the removal of concrete using pneumatic hammers.

摘要： A bucket is set to surround an upper end portion of an old pile, and an intermediate portion of the pile is radially cut by jetting high pressure water from the bucket from the center and opposite sides of the outer periphery of the old pile. The pile portion above the cut portion is chucked with a chuck mechanism, and in this state the chuck mechanism is turned to twistingly sever the pile portion above the cut portion with the stress thus produced, and the separated pile portion is removed. The above sequence of operations is repeatedly performed to remove the entire old pile.

摘要： A portable concrete pile cutting device is disclosed which comprises a support collar adapted to be removably mounted in supported annular location about a concrete pile, at least one pile cutting assembly mounted for reciprocation on the collar, and means located on the collar for the support of the pile cutting assembly. The pile cutting assembly is adapted to travel in a straight line to form a cut in the concrete pile which runs generally transverse to the longitudinal axis of the pile. A method is also disclosed which comprises mounting a collar in rigid association with the concrete pile, mounting the cutting assembly on the collar so that the cutting means is adjacent the concrete pile, and thereafter moving the cutting assembly with the cutting means in operation across the pile to form a cut, which is of a depth less than that of the thickness of the concrete pile.

摘要： A cutting tool for truncating elongated structural members has a frame with a pair of parallel siderails connected at a first end by a support plate and at a second end by a removable end gate, the frame having an open center adapted to receive the structural member therethrough. The truncating is performed by a fixed penetrating cutting edge on an end gate and a driven penetrating blade slidably disposed within the frame to advance towards the end gate. The end gate has two integral penetrating cutting edges pointing in opposite directions. The driven penetrating blade and the fixed penetrating cutting edge may have concave cutting edges relative to one another and configured to be adjacent to one another along the travel of the driven penetrating blade. Alternately, an end gate second cutting edge may be directed to the opening within the frame and have a piercing V-shaped cutting edge.
