摘要： Packing system and method for shipping pallet truck vehicles wherein each vehicle has a front frame configured to be assembled to a rear frame. The packing system includes a first holder that holds a plurality of vehicle rear frames lying on their sides, a second holder that holds a plurality of vehicle front frames having forks with at least a first front frame upright and having the forks facing in a first direction, and holds at least a second front frame inverted and having the forks facing in an opposed second direction, and wherein the first holder holding the plurality of rear frames is disposed within the second holder vertically between the forks of the upright at least one first front frame and the forks of the inverted at least one second front frame.

摘要： A packing box can include a first cover, a second cover, a first sidewall, a second sidewall, a third sidewall, a fourth sidewall, and a bulkhead. The first cover and the second cover can be opposite to each other. The four sidewalls can be sequentially coupled end-to-end. The bulkhead can be received in the main box and be substantially parallel to the first cover and the second cover. Four edges of the bulkhead can be coupled to the four sidewalls, respectively. An inner receiving space of the main box can be divided into a first receiving cavity and a second receiving cavity by the bulkhead. A number of receiving portions can be defined on a surface of the packing box facing the first receiving cavity.

摘要： A wine barrel having a rigid external reusable frame with replaceable wooden side panels and substantially identical upper and lower wooden ends assembled within the rigid external frame to provide a wooden enclosure for the wine. A liquid tight container is provided; the wine exposed only to wooden surfaces. Panels can be replaced in the frame with new panels or existing panels having an unused side can be removed, reversed, and reused. Assembly of the barrel is straightforward requiring only minimum tools and skills without the need for the hand-fitting expertise required in constructing a traditional barrel. When assembled, the rigid frame, and not the wood panels, supports all the external and internal loads of the wine barrel. For introduction of a caramel taste to the wine the wood panels can be initially placed in an oven with the degree of caramelization controlled by the oven temperature and exposure time.

摘要： A wooden box-like container for the aging of alcoholic beverages. The container is in the form of a box having six panels or sides in which any three mutually adjacent panels are mutually perpendicular to one another and join one another at a corner. Any one of the panels of a group of three mutually adjacent panels contacts one adjacent panel in face to edge relation and the third panel of the group in edge to face relation. Each of the corners are formed in this fashion and all of the panels are held together in tight box-like form by prestressing means. This preserves the liquid tight contact at the face to edge and edge to face junction of the panels. Where the panels meet a cubical gap is left which is plugged by plug means. The prestressing means may be in the form of clamps of headers connected by prestress rods provided with tightening nuts. To provide substantially uniform loading at the line of contact between the header of head and the panel the header member may be prestressed in a parabolic pattern.
