摘要： A packaging container, adapted to be cut to establish a display container for products stored therein, is formed with corner slits having a primary slit portion extending around a respective corner of the container, as well as secondary slit portions which extend at non-linear angles to the primary slit portion. Between the corner slits, the container can be provided with cut lines to act as a guide for a cutting instrument used to separate the container into top and bottom sections, with the bottom section establishing the display container. With the inclusion of the corner slits, the cutting instrument need not make any cuts through the corners. In addition, cuts made between the corner slits need not be perfectly aligned between respective primary slit portions due to the existence of the secondary slit portions.

摘要： A paper container includes four body portion panels forming a cylindrical body portion having a square section. The paper container is configured so that upper ends of the body portion panels are continuously provided with a pair of gable roof-forming panels which include exterior top seal panels opposed to each other, and provided with a pair of gable wall-forming panels which include interior top seal panels opposed to each other. Any one of the panels serves as a spout and is to be opened. The gable wall-forming panels are folded out between the gable roof-forming panels, and the exterior top seal panels and the interior top seal panels are heated and sealed with each other at a predetermined position so as to be hermetically sealed.

The lid portion, at a distance from the upper edge, has a projecting tongue forming a breakable seal adapted to be fixed to a planar top side portion of the container. 摘要： A carton having a rectanguloid, cylindrical or other conventional shape formed from suitable material has a plurality of walls arranged to define a container body. One of the plurality of walls of the container body is provided with a section having two panels arranged in a gradually deepening infolded V shape beginning at a point within the one wall and extending to another of the plurality of walls intersecting and adjacent the one wall, the section being of its greatest depth at the intersecting adjacent wall. A pull tab extends along the axial centerline of the section. In one embodiment tabs are adhesively joined to the panels and are attached along the edge of the intersecting adjacent wall along lines of weakening. In alternative embodiments, the panels are attached to the edge of the intersecting adjacent wall along lines of weakening.To open the carton, an outwardly directed force is exerted on the pull tab and the tabs or, as in the alternative embodiments the panels, will separate from the intersecting adjacent wall along the lines of weakening. The panels will articulate outwardly about the centerline of the section to form a pour opening in the carton.To close the carton, an inwardly directed force is exerted on the pull tab and the panels will articulate inwardly about the centerline to close the pour opening.
