摘要： A container including an outer shell, a flexible bag within the outer shell, a mouth and a handle. The outer shell has a top, a bottom and sidewalls. The outer shell also defines an opening. The flexible bag within the outer shell defines an aperture. The mouth is secured to said flexible bag surrounding said aperture and defines a fluid passageway. The mouth is sized and shaped such that fluid can be poured through the mouth from a source having an outlet spaced above the mouth. The handle extends outward from said top of said outer shell and has sufficient strength to provide essentially all support for said container when the bag is filled with liquid in either of two positions, with the first position being where the opening is facing upwards and the second position being where opening is facing sidewards. Desirably, the mouth and opening are sized and shaped such that when the opening is facing upwards the human eye can detect when a level of fluid in the container is approaching the mouth.

摘要： A pyramidal, truncated container is fashioned from a unitary blank of paperboard. The inner two of four top closure panel each carry a semicircular handle cut from the blank and extend upwardly in surface contact with each other to form a two ply handle. The outer two of four top closure panels carry respective slits which fold over and become aligned and receive the handles. The free edge of the topmost inner top closure panels is provided with two spaced slots each of which receives a respective lower end of the two ply handle. The paperboard material on both sides of each of these slots extends beyond the free end of the bottommost inner top closure panel. The ends of the slits and the ends of the handles resiliently and frictionally engage each other to effect a firm top closure sealing action. The container exhibits special utility as a carry out container for food.

摘要： A beverage container having an outer shell and an inner flexible bladder or bag having a spout for receiving a liquid therein. The container is erectable and is formed from a unitary blank of material, such as corrugated paperboard. The container includes a plurality of walls that extend from a base, and a top having first and second inclined portions that meet at an apex. The spout is oriented vertically upwardly and may be disposed in an inclined wall portion to provide various advantages, including allowing a user to fill and transport the beverage container in the same orientation. The inclined wall portion also improves pouring characteristics and visibility of the spout.
