摘要： Closure device includes a closure cap, which can be screwed onto the threaded connection of a container, forming a fillable capsule that is open at the bottom, on which a seal directed downward is sealed. Upper side of the part of the closure cap which forms the capsule is designed to be deformable and can be pressed axially downward. A press element is molded on this cover of the closure cap at the bottom. By pressing the cover downward, the downward-directed seal of the capsule is broken open by the press element. Seal is made from a laminate comprising a carrier material with a thickness of at least 0.5 mm. Subsequently, a barrier film is sprayed or laminated on the carrier material. The crimping forms a circumferential edge, by means of which the seal can be sealed to the capsule edge, on the inner side of the carrier material, with respect to the capsule, and resting on same. The carrier material has pre-notches in the form of cuts, which approximately cut through the carrier material yet leave the attached films intact.

摘要： The invention comprises a novel apparatus for delivering a nutritive substance comprising a container body having a base at one end, an upper portion adapted for removable receipt of a closure, the upper portion defining an opening therein, and a chamber defined by the container body, the chamber being in fluid communication with the opening. A laminate seal having at least two layers is bonded across the opening and is adapted to provide an airtight seal across the opening and prevent contact between said nutritive substance and the contents of said container until said seal is altered. The laminate seal comprises a first layer permanently bonded to a rim defining the opening in the upper portion and a second layer that is releasably coupled to the first layer. A nutritive substance is bonded to the first layer. The container additionally comprises a closure removably coupled to the upper portion.

摘要： A dispensing system includes a container containing a flowable base formulation to be dispensed, an additive mixing device, and an actuable pump engine which draws the flowable base formulation from the container and pumps it through the mixing device. The additive mixing device includes a body with an internal cavity, an additive ingredient within the cavity, and a flow path/mixing chamber between an input and an output. With each pump of the device the additive ingredient is introduced into, and mixed with, a flow of the base formulation traveling through the mixing device. Multiple additive mixing devices may be interchangeable for different formulations, and the mixing devices may be refillable.

The housing unit includes a compartment for storing supplements and a nozzle to release stored supplements through the neck on receiving pressure from the dispenser into the container. Further, the ingredient dispensing system includes a collector assembly for receiving ingredients from the nozzle.

摘要： A compartmented bottle has a primary compartment and at least one secondary compartment. The primary compartment has an exhaust aperture and an inlet aperture, and the secondary compartment has a secondary exhaust aperture. The inlet aperture of the primary compartment and the secondary exhaust aperture of the secondary compartment are fluidically connected by an inter-compartmental conduit, and a selectively actuated inter-compartmental valve is disposed in the conduit. The valve, which could comprise a cylindrical valve, has a closed condition wherein the secondary compartment is sealed and an open condition wherein the secondary compartment is in fluidic communication with the primary compartment. A toroidal collar can bridge an annular channel between the primary and secondary compartments to establish a continuous cylindrical surface. The valve can be operated by a handle disposed at a distal end of an actuation rod that is drivingly engaged with the inter-compartmental valve.

摘要： The invention comprises a novel apparatus for delivering a nutritive substance comprising a container body having a base at one end thereof, an upper portion adapted for removable receipt of a closure, the upper portion defining an opening therein, and a chamber defined by the container body, the chamber being in fluid communication with the upper portion opening. A seal is bonded across the upper portion opening of the container and is adapted to provide an airtight seal across the opening. A closure is removably coupled to the container upper portion. A nutritive substance is coated onto an element selected from the group consisting of an inner surface of the container upper portion, the closure, an insert positioned above the seal, and combinations thereof. The seal prevents contact between the nutritive substance and the contents of the container until the seal is removed or pierced.
