摘要： A system for packaging a low acid liquid is provided herein. The system includes feeding unit configured to feed the low acid liquid into a filtration unit. The filtration unit is configured to filter the low acid liquid by using a number of pores provided on a micro sieve membrane. Further, the filtered low acid liquid is provided to an aseptic buffer unit configured to fill the aseptic filtered low acid liquid into packaging containers. The system further includes an automatic cleaning in place unit configured to automatically clean the feeding unit, the filtration unit and the aseptic buffer unit by decontamination using a decontaminating material.

摘要： A device for filling a container with a fill product, for example, in a beverage filling plant, is described. The device includes a housing for accommodating an electronics module for controlling an electromechanical actuator of a filler valve, an electronics module accommodated in the housing, and at least one opening provided in the housing for feeding through an electrical contacting for the electronics module from outside the housing. The opening is sealed in a fluid-tight manner by a connecting device welded to the housing for feeding through the electrical contacting.

摘要： A beverage carrier for holding, storing, and carrying beverages is provided. The carrier has a handle and six or more individually detachable sleeves arranged in two rows on each side of the handle. When a sleeve is detached from the carrier, with a beverage remaining within the sleeve, the sleeve serves as an insulating device for the beverage. The beverage carrier is manufactured from a template, which is a single, continuous piece of generally flat material such as cardboard or paperboard. The end sleeves of each row of sleeves is attached directly to the handle, and the middle sleeves are attached to the handle via a hinge that allows the middle sleeves to be folded into place between the end sleeves. The hinges allow the template to be made from a single piece of material without any overlapping material. Because the carrier is made from such a template, a high volume of carriers can be manufactured using automated machinery.

The method includes placing a predetermined amount of one of a diluent, a concentrated solution, and a combination thereof into an empty vial of a plurality of vials including an empty maintenance vial, a diluent vial, an intermediate vial and an empty start vial. The method further includes removing an amount of concentrated solution and placing the concentrated solution into an empty maintenance vial, removing an amount of diluent and placing a portion of the diluent from the diluent vial into each of the intermediate vial and the start vial, removing an amount of concentrated solution and placing the concentrated solution from the maintenance vial into the intermediate vial. The method still further includes removing an amount of solution from the intermediate vial and placing the solution from the intermediate vial into the start vial.

摘要： A method and apparatus for vending a containerized fluid includes placing a machine-readable indicia on the container identifying the base fluid. The container may be filled and then distributed or distributed prior to filling through various distribution channels to consumers. When a consumer wishes to fill or re-fill the container, the consumer places the container adjacent a reader that interprets the indicia to identify the base fluid to be dispensed. A dispenser then fills the container through a movable fill probe that elevates as the liquid within the container rises. In some embodiments, and prior to filling, the dispenser apparatus may also query the consumer about options are provided at the time of dispensing for further dispensing various optional ingredients, including scents, flavors, colors, nutritional supplements or other additives together with the base product. In further embodiments, the dispenser may also print discount tickets or coupons that may discount the purchase of the containerized fluid or other promotional merchandise. The machine-readable indicia may include affiliate codes that permit crediting or compensating various affiliates in relation to the container filling.
