摘要： An energy absorbing table includes a support assembly and a table assembly. The support assembly includes a sidewall support that mounts to a sidewall, a support post that attaches to a floor, and a table support assembly coupled to the sidewall support and the support post. The table assembly includes a tabletop, at least one energy absorbing assembly, and at least one linear guide assembly. The at least one energy absorbing assembly includes a pair of plunger assemblies secured to the tabletop, and a crush chamber assembly secured to the table support assembly. The crush chamber assembly is configured to slidably receive an end portion of each of the pair of plunger assemblies and includes a pair of energy absorption cores. The at least one linear guide assembly includes a linear guide secured to the tabletop, and a pair of mounts secured to the table support assembly.

摘要： A table top is for a vehicle compartment accommodating passengers, in particular a rail vehicle. The table top includes a stationary part connected to the vehicle and a moving tray located across from a passenger chair or seat. The tray is movable along an axis of rotation parallel to a plane of the table top. The table top includes a chassis on which the tray is mounted. The chassis is translatable relative to the stationary part along an axis parallel to the plane of the tray and perpendicular to the axis of rotation. In a deployed configuration, the tray is deployed jointly with the stationary part, with the chassis maximally separated from the stationary part. In a folded configuration, the tray is pivoted along its axis of rotation in an inclined position relative to the stationary part, with the chassis minimally separated from the stationary part.

摘要： A tray table assembly adapted to move to and from a stowed position in a stowage module positioned to one side of a passenger seat. The assembly includes an arcuate rail movably mounted in the stowage module, a tray table mounted on the rail for arcuate movement along the rail between the stowed position and the deployed position relative to the rail, and also mounted on the rail for fore and aft translating movement in the deployed position. The tray table rides on an arcuate rail that permits both deployment and fore and aft movement of the tray table, and automatically centers the tray table during movement toward the stowed position.

At that time, although the second rack member collides with the base member or the first rack member, collision shock at the time of collision is relieved by a cushion member. After the bicycle is removed, based on that a seat of a flip-up seat is moved downward, the retaining space for the bicycle can be restored to passenger's seat.

The track system can support a variety of attachments to allow the transit car to be reconfigured. According to one embodiment of the present invention, an adjustable furnishing system is de-mountably mountable to a generally vertical wall. The adjustable furnishing system comprises a mounting structure carried by the wall, a support frame having opposite first and second ends, and a furnishing carried by the support frame. The first end of the support frame releasably attaches to the mounting structure and the mounting structure supports the support frame in a cantilevered position with the second end extending outwardly from the wall with the furnishing carried thereon.
