摘要： A tire system includes a tire-side device and a vehicle-body-side system. The tire-side device may be attached to a tire included in a vehicle. The vehicle-body-side system may be attached to a body of the vehicle. The tire-side device may output a detection signal corresponding to each of a plurality of types of detection targets. The tire-side device may perform processing of the detection signal and generate the data related to the detection target. The tire-side device may perform bidirectional communication with the vehicle-body-side system and transmit the data to the vehicle-body-side system. The vehicle-body-side system may perform bidirectional communication with the tire-side device and receive the data. The vehicle-body-side system may acquire the detection result for the detection target based on the data.

摘要： An electronic alarm circuit indicates an abnormal pressure condition in a pneumatic tire on a vehicle. The circuit includes an indicator, either in the form of a light or sound buzzer, or both, which can transmit two distinguishable signals, one indicating the presence of an abnormal pressure condition and the other to test the circuit. An actuation circuit includes a normally open pressure switch which communicates with the internal pressure of the tire and closes upon the detection of the abnormal pressure to activate the indicator. The actuation circuit also includes a resistance connected across the pressure switch to provide a path for electrical current when the switch is open to provide the test signal, as may be desired.

摘要： A transducer which communicates with the interior of the tire converts the pressure therein, when the pressure changes, into a corresponding motion which is picked up by a transmission and transmitted to a rolling electrical contact which rolls along a series of discrete electrically conductive members having resistances of different magnitudes associated therewith and corresponding to the tire pressure when a given electrically conductive member is engaged by the rolling contact member. Preferably the rolling contact member engages an electrically nonconductive insulating portion situated between the electrically conductive members in a region of normal tire pressure. The engagement of the rolling contact member with one of the electrically conductive members serves at least partly to complete a circuit which includes an indicator visible to the operator for indicating on a suitable scale the tire pressure.

At least a part of the accommodation structure is made of a flexible material to attenuate the vibration applied to the tire. The tire-mounted sensor further includes a vibration transmission member configured to transmit the vibration applied to the tire to the vibration detection element.
