摘要： A machine for forming a joined blank assembly from first (10) and second (210) blanks of sheet material includes a deck (1250) coupled to a frame (1002), and a first transfer assembly (1202) associated with the frame. The first transfer assembly is configured to position the first blank on the deck. The machine also includes a second transfer assembly (1302) associated with the frame. The second transfer assembly is configured to position the second blank in at least a partially overlying relationship to the first blank on the deck. The machine further includes at least one compression member (1340) configured to compress the second blank and the first blank together against the deck to form the joined blank assembly.

摘要： A new package or box type having an internal core or frame structure comprising of plastic or other polymer material sandwiched between two cardboard sheets an all sides of the box forming the outer walls of the box. The walls of the box containing the frame structure are more resistant to bursting or crushing than conventional corrugated cardboard used in the industry for transporting goods. Use of plastic or polymers applied to the core frame results in less material consumption than conventional corrugated cardboard. This invention yields higher package strength throughout the package structure and not just the edge of the package in order to negate the use of the double corrugated walls design as widely used in corrugated card board to achieve similar package strength quality while minimizing package weight and preserving exterior package composition of cardboard for handling purposes.

摘要： A packaging container is manufactured in which an internal space for storing contents is formed by a laminate film. A circumferential end part of the laminate film is subjected to a thermal fusion treatment to form a sealed portion. A first slit having a predetermined length is formed in the laminate film so as to intersect a part of the sealed portion. A second adhesive layer is disposed in a region having a predetermined width in a neighborhood of the first slit. Thus, through a simple constructions, leakage can be prevented in the packaging container, and breakage of the packaging container and flying-out of the contents accompanying a pressure rise in the inside of the container can be prevented when warming the contents together with the container body.

The seal member prevents condiment from exiting the dispenser assembly before the dispenser is ready to use. A method for making the dispenser includes forming a web containing a plurality of seal members, die cutting the web so the seal members in the web are connected only at their ear portions, aligning and attaching one of the seal members to a dispenser assembly, and severing the attached seal member from the web.

The perforated line reduces the amount of force, heat and lubricant required in order to form (e.g., curl, roll, fold or bend) the upper lip of the container. The slits of the perforated line may extend across a width of the blank in either a uniform or variable fashion.
