摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing a material composite composed of metal and plastic to form a plastic-metal hybrid component, in which method, to improve the adhesion of the metal surface and at least one plastic component, stochastically random macroscopic and/or microscopic undercuts are made by means of short-pulse laser radiation in the metal surface in order to roughen it, these undercuts each being filled at least partially with the at least one plastic component in an injection moulding process such that said plastic component engages into the macroscopic and/or microscopic undercuts, wherein, following the roughening of the metal surface and before and/or during the injection moulding process for the at least one plastic component, at least the roughened surface of the metal is heated to a temperature which, during processing, lies in the range of room temperature up to 100° C. above the processing temperature of the plastic.

摘要： A pre-molded part is formed by pre-molding an insert with a pre-molded member, and then the pre-molded part is inserted into an over-molded member composed of thermo plastic resin. After applying a heat treatment with a temperature lower than a crystalline melting point of the pre-molded part to the pre-molded part surrounding the insert, a firm contact between the insert and the resin surrounding the insert without a gap at the interface between those parts is obtained.

摘要： A process of manufacturing an insulator having a central core and an insulating body fitted tightly around the central core includes interposing a flexible coating layer between a part of the central core and the insulating body. The flexible coating layer fills in shrinkage cavities and compensates for a retraction effect caused by injected material used in forming the insulating body. The insulating body is achieved by overmolding the central core previously coated with the flexible coating layer with an injected insulating resin such as a thermoplastic or thermosetting resin. The insulator could be used as a capacitive divider or bushing insulator.

摘要： A method of forming a windowed unitary panel having a peripheral edge portion of a windowpane of glazing integrally embedded within a frame of high modulus plastic material includes heating the pane to a preselected temperature prior to its being positioned within a mold. The peripheral edge portion of the windowpane protrudes into the mold cavity so that the high modulus plastic material forming the frame encapsulates the peripheral edge portion. This prevents buckling of the windowpane since the preheated windowpane contracts simultaneously with the contraction of the rigid frame as it cools from the molding temperature to ambient.
