摘要： Provided is a concrete mixing carrier, comprising a vehicle chassis and a mixing drum provided thereon. A drum housing of the mixing drum is cubic, supported horizontally on the vehicle chassis, and able to form an unloading state where a front portion is higher and a rear portion is lower; the mixing drum forms a closed drum housing; a feed inlet and a discharge outlet are respectively provided on a rear end plate; a rotary inner drum formed by splicing movable blades is provided in the drum body, and adjacent movable blades have there between a movement margin for rotation; each strip-shaped movable blade is supported at both ends by paired rollers respectively; stirring blades overhang towards inside of the drum body, backs are provided with drive racks, and drive gears, mutually engaged with the drive racks, are provided at corresponding positions of the drum body using a supporting bracket.

摘要： A mixing fin assembly adapted to mix and guide materials in a rotatable mixing drum of a type used in a transit concrete mixing vehicle includes a spiral mixing fin designed to extend transversely into the drum constructed of a lightweight, moldable polymeric material which is flexible and resistant to abrasion, the mixing fin includes a plurality of conjoined sections that are fit together, preferably utilizing fin locking tabs and mating fin locking sockets. A preferred way of mounting the mixing fin into mixing drums uses a spiral fin mount rail track adapted to be fixed to the interior surface of the mixing drum. A locking tab locks the upper part of the rail track into the fin structure.

摘要： A method of manufacture of a vehicle mounted rotary concrete mixing drum of the type having an opening at one end for receiving and/or discharge of concrete therefrom and at the other end, means for engaging a drive assembly so as to rotate the drum for mixing or discharging concrete. The drum is manufactured from at least one mould using at least one plastics material and further includes integrally attached vanes which outstand from the internal surface of the drum forming an archimedian spiral disposed such that when the drum is rotated in a first direction the concrete contents are mixed and when the drum is rotated in a second direction the contents are discharged from the drum; wherein, the method comprises the steps of; a) preparing a first generally helical inner mold part containing a surface extending between first and second helical edges; b) mounting the first helical inner mould part on a support c) enclosing the inner helical mold assembly within an outer mould formed by at least one outer mold part; d) fitting a second mating inner helical mold part to the first inner mould part to form an inner mold assembly; e) injecting a polyurethane elastomer into a cavity defined by said inner mold assembly and the outer mould assembly to form an inner wall element comprising one half of an interior wall of the mixer and one helical blade; f) allowing said polyurethane to cure; g) removing said at least one outer mold parts to expose said inner wall element; h) removing said inner wall element one of said inner molds;

摘要： An assembly which is adapted for mounting inside a mixing drum and a mobile system for mixing and dispensing concrete includes fin structure for mixing and guiding a substance when the mixing drum is rotated. The fin structure is constructed of a lightweight polymeric material which is resistant to abrasion and is many times lighter than steel. As a result, the weight of such a system is reduced in comparison to systems which were heretofore known. Preferably, the fin structure is fabricated from a polymer which tends to wear smooth rather than rough, which increases the cleanability of the fin structure over its entire design life. Novel structure for securing the fin structure to an outer wall of the mixing drum is also disclosed.
