摘要： The portable power chiseling tool has a tool holder, an electric motor, a striking mechanism and an idle strike catcher. The tool holder can receive a tool and retain it movably on a working axis. The striking mechanism includes an exciter piston, a striker, an anvil and a guide for the anvil. The exciter piston is coupled to the electric motor. The guide guides the anvil on the working axis. The idle strike catcher for the anvil has a conical inner surface facing the anvil. The anvil has an associated end face facing in the striking direction. The end face rests against the conical inner surface when the anvil is in its forwardmost position in the striking direction. The end face of the anvil has a first segment and a second segment in the circumferential direction. The second segment is offset in the striking direction relative to the first segment.

摘要： A percussion tool comprises a housing, an electric motor positioned within the housing, a percussion mechanism driven by the electric motor and including a striker supported for reciprocation in the housing, a battery pack removably coupled to the housing for providing power to the electric motor when coupled to the housing, and an electronic controller including an electronic processor and a memory. The electronic controller is coupled to the electric motor and configured to activate the motor and determine whether the percussion tool is in a loaded condition. In response to determining that the percussion tool is in the loaded condition, the electronic controller is configured to operate the motor in accordance with a predetermined profile and in response to determining that the percussion tool is in a no load condition, the electronic controller is configured to operate the motor at a no-load speed.

According to the representative invention, in an idling state defined as a state in which a tool accessory 119 is not pressed against a workpiece and an impact bolt 145 transmits a striking force to the tool accessory 119, the tool accessory retainer 510 moves with respect to a tool accessory holder 117 by movement of the tool accessory 119 in the longitudinal direction, so that the striking force is cushioned.

A countershaft is driven by the motor around a rotation axis which runs in parallel to the working axis. A wobble drive for driving the pneumatic striking mechanism is situated on the countershaft. In addition, a cam disk is situated on the countershaft and includes a cam which projects in a start-up direction which runs in parallel to the working axis. The bending spring includes a counterpiece provided relative to the cam. The cam, which abuts the counterpiece, pretensions the bending spring in the start-up direction.

The impact tool converts a torque of a brushless motor into a striking force and applies it to a tip tool. The impact tool includes: a motor control unit which makes detection about whether the tip tool is pressed against an object during the rotation of the brushless motor; and a motor control unit which performs speed increase control for increasing the rotational speed of the brushless motor when a state of pressing the tip tool against the object has been detected continuously for a predetermined time.

Thus, in one aspect, the disclosure provides a collapsible drill including or comprising a chuck, a piston and a motor section. The chuck can be configured and dimensioned to receive a drill bit. The piston can include a pair of interlocking splines. The motor section drives rotation of the piston and the chuck. Depression of the piston can stop rotation of the chuck relative to the piston. In another aspect, the disclosure provides methods of drilling into a material that include providing a collapsible drill, driving rotation of the piston and the chuck with the motor section, and depressing the piston to stop rotation of the chuck relative to the piston.

摘要： A rotary hammer includes a motor, a spindle coupled to the motor for receiving torque from the motor, a piston at least partially received within the spindle for reciprocation therein, a striker received within the spindle for reciprocation in response to reciprocation of the piston, and an anvil received within the spindle and positioned between the striker and a tool bit. The anvil imparts axial impacts to the tool bit in response to reciprocation of the striker. The rotary hammer also includes a synchronizing assembly operable in a first configuration in which the motor is drivably coupled to the piston for reciprocating the piston, and a second configuration in which the piston is decoupled from the motor. The rotary hammer further includes an actuator operable for switching the synchronizing assembly from the second configuration to the first configuration in response to depressing the tool bit against a workpiece.
