摘要： An adaptive cooling control method used in an adaptive cooling control system includes a controller installed in a machining center, a temperature sensor installed in a main shaft unit of the machining center, a temperature acquisition device and a main shaft cooling system. A built-in macro program unit of the controller determines whether the temperature of the main shaft falls within a predefined temperature rise range, and if so, the current cooling control parameters are maintained. If the temperature of the main shaft exceeds the predefined temperature rise range, appropriate cooling control parameters are calculated and provided to the dmain shaft cooling system for an adaptive control.

摘要： A method of operating a hydraulically or electric motor operated tool includes providing a device shaft having electrical contacts; providing an accumulator having an adapter comprising a wall thereon; latching the adapter to the device shaft by a latching part; and engaging a tool with the latching part thereby detaching the adapter from the device shaft, whereupon during engagement of the tool with the latching part, the wall of the adapter is destroyed. When the device shaft and adapter are engaged, walls of the device shaft and adapter form an internal cavity and the latching part is positioned entirely therewithin such that the latching part is completely hidden from view. A hydraulically or electric motor operated tool is also disclosed.

摘要： A numerical control device determines whether or not a spindle is in a cutting state where it machines a workpiece. If the spindle is in a cutting state, the numerical control device calculates a second rotational speed, which is obtained by multiplying a rotational speed of the spindle by a weight corresponding to a force on the spindle calculated based on a torque of a feed shaft, and integrates the calculated value into an index value. If the spindle is not in the cutting state, the numerical control device integrates the rotational speed of the spindle into the index value. The lifetime of a bearing is estimated based on the index value.
