摘要： A wire saw (1; 100) for cutting a workpiece includes a device (21, 22, 24, 27) for setting, controlling and/or maintaining a predetermined or desired water content in at least part of the gaseous medium that contacts the slurry. With the wire saw according to the invention and the process carried out using this wire saw, it is possible to achieve consistently good surface properties of the resulting wafers over a prolonged period of use of a slurry.

摘要： There is disclosed a portable band saw having a travelling band cooperating with pulleys so located that the front and rear band portions are positioned in relatively close but spaced relationship. The pulleys rotate parallel axes. Longitudinally spaced guide means are incorporated which cooperate respectively with the front and rear portions of the band so that, with adjustment, the guide means cause the band to be disposed with the rear portion in desired alignment with the front portion, thus permitting the portable band saw to selectively make either straight or angular cuts.

摘要： The present invention comprises a line tool device used for catching a line therein. The present device is generally comprised of two fixed plates, a fixed clamp, a movable clamp, a forward extension and a grip. The fixed clamp is located between and attached to the two fixed plates. The fixed clamp has one edge that contains a plurality of teeth. A movable clamp is pivotally attached to one of the fixed plates. The movable clamp also has one edge that contains a plurality of teeth. When the movable clamp pivots to a closed position the teeth attached to the fixed clamp and the teeth attached to the movable clamp meet and interlock. Additionally, the movable clamp contains a spring that allows the two sets of teeth to meet only when a force is applied to the device and a hand opening which allows the user to grasp the movable clamp. A guide is attached between and to the forward facing side of the two fixed plates. The forward extension contains at least one line guide that a lightweight line can pass over.

摘要： Disclosed is a wire sawing machine which comprises a wire storage system, a working table, a cutting fluid lubrication system and a control system. The working table comprises a machine base, a linear moving table in sliding connection with the machine base for linear movement along X-axis and Y-axis directions, and a rotary table disposed above the linear moving table. The wire storage system comprises an upper wire rack and a lower wire rack, a guide wheels group for wire storage, and a cutting wire which is connected end to end passing through the upper wire rack and the lower wire rack and wound around the outside of the guide wheels group for wire storage. Thus, a closed loop cutting wire is formed to realize one-way movement of the cutting wire and reducing the stop of the wire.
