    • An applicator for dispensing a first viscous fluid includes a support structure, a cartridge including a first wall and a first interior space. The first interior space receives a first collapsible tube holding the first viscous fluid. The first collapsible tube is formed from a flexible material and has a length with generally opposite sidewall portions defined along the length. The first collapsible tube is positioned against the first wall and further includes a closed end and a dispensing end. An actuator is operatively coupled to the support structure and moves through the interior space of the cartridge along the length of the collapsible tube and against one of the generally opposite sidewall portions to compress the one generally opposite sidewall portion against the other sidewall portion along the length and squeeze the viscous fluid from the dispensing end.

    • A lightweight applicator system for efficient extrusive dispensing of work material from a cartridge is provided. The applicator system includes a body having a cartridge frame portion coupled to a base frame portion. The cartridge frame portion includes first and second elongate frame members projecting longitudinally from a bracing member extending transversely therebetween to define a cartridge loading compartment. At least a portion of the bracing member is received in conformed manner by the base frame portion. A drive portion is coupled to the body, which includes a drive member selectively displaceable responsive to user actuation for extruding work material from a cartridge retained within the cartridge frame portion.

    • An electrical caulking gun has a gun body and a clutching device. The clutching device has a clutching switch, a linking lever, a clutching block and a block spring. The clutching switch is mounted on the gun body and has a pressed segment and a pushing segment having an inclined pushing surface. The linking lever is pivotally mounted in the gun body and has an abutting end and a pushing end. The abutting end abuts with the pushing surface of the clutching switch. The clutching block has an inclined pushed surface and an engaging rod. The engaging rod detachably engages a transmission device of the caulking gun. The block spring provides a force to push the engaging rod on the clutching block to engage the transmission device.
